ACE Service Experts

Did a service call for a/c system and was told it would be 75$ to come out and diagnose our issue. When they were done I was given a bill for 175$. I was baffled. I asked and also called back to office to confirm and was told that since machine was hooked up to diagnose issue that cost an extra 100$.? My understanding is that was part of the service call to begin with as she explained that to me over the phone. They confirmed we needed freon which we knew and that would be 600 dollars as he thinks we may have a leak.
The next day we had someone come out and cost us less than 1/2 of the 600$ and Guess what..NO LEAKS DETECTED. I FELT VERY MISLEAD AND almost taken advantage of even more.

My friend hired ACE for theirs furnace needs and I was on the phone the majority of the time with her while they were fixing it. They are very professional with their work and pricing is above the best in the area. I know who I’m calling when I have a problem ACE service experts are the best around.

My experience with ACE Services was a remarkable. Awesome customer service and my service guy was professional and explained everything he was doing to get me back up running again. I will recommend ACE to my family and friends.

Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was very kind and courteous and kept me informed during the whole process of trying to get my heat back working. I use this company all the time and will continue to do so in the near future. Thanks again team.

Andre was phenomenal, I called him this morning as my AC went out last night and he had some available time today around 12. He came on time and was able to diagnose my AC problem very quickly, he had to go and get a capacitor & Freon from his office and returned and had the job down in around 30 minutes. I had an overall great experience, Andre was also nice enough to give me pointers and other things as a homeowner for my AC/Furnace. Thanks again Andre!

Never say the young can't teach the old. The staff is Amazing, Kind, Thoughtful, Caring, Knowledgeable, and Respectful. I'm and customer for LIFE. They saw what needed to be done and they GOT IT DONE. The communication with each other and figuring out the process was in it's self a task and they were not at all fazed by the job and didn't feel bothered. But was very much UP for the challenge. They stayed in good spirits, smiling and kept me calm.(that was another challenge)...😀 So, if you have any issues and have to call them, #YouShould. #Matt S. And #Nick M. Plus the Whole teamwork setup did A Great job and this old lady is Forever Grateful 💕🤗. I'll stand with them front, side's and back. I'm a True Believer in what the company says because they delivered Awesome work and what?!, GOT IT TAKING CARE OF.(They wording). And did Just that.

Ace is a wonderful company to deal with. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Even the customer service representatives are great. I recommend
Ace highly. If you have a home warranty company please ask for Ace to do your repairs. I learned a costly lesson by not asking for Ace when I called my home warranty company.

Great first experience with Ace Heating and Cooling. I had to replace my entire HVAC system. Andre was knowledgeable & friendly. Took his time assessing my space and offering solutions at a fair price. He explained things so that I could understand. The installation went smoothly and I'm very happy with the way it is working. Andre even returned to ensure I properly registered my unit for it’s warranty. Looking forward to being a long time customer!
