Honestly, I would've given them a good review anyway; they were very thorough and professional. But it should be noted, that they offered a discount in exchange for a good review. So their 4.9 star rating may be skewed.

My family and I are 100% grateful for the quality service that ACE provided for us. My daughter was relying heavily on her inhaler because our home was extremely hot. Andre returned our call on a Sunday morning well before his office opened. We had to replace our ac unit but he insisted that we research our options before making a decision. We had another company come out and they quoted us a price $1880 higher than ACE! Following the installation of our wonderful new unit, Andre actually returned $320 back to us for parts that he found he didn't have to purchase! With the quality of work and honesty that Andre and his team offers, I can imagine that they will be around for many years to come. We definitely will continue to be happy customers for as long as they offer there fabulous services.

I am extremely pleased and am a repeated customer of Ace Heating and Cooling. Every time Andre or Roderick came out and fixed our air conditioner in the most dreadful, hot, humid 95 degree weather and was here within an hour and very shortly after showing up we were sitting in a nice cool comfortable home with our air conditioner running like a champ!! They are very affordable and works with you so you can get the best deal and price! Extremely professional, fast, and gets the job done right! I recommend Ace to everyone! We are very pleased!

The men at ACE were quick to make an appointment, showed up on time, and did great work. They removed an old incompatible AC and installed a new one in a better location which required them creating a level platform. They were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly, and their prices are reasonable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling work done.

I called ACE to purchase and install two humidifiers. I received a quote over the phone and sent a formal quote via email within the hour. Scheduling was easy and flexible. My appointment was for the 10 am hour. At 10 I received a call and text letting me know they are on the way. They were in a branded service van and were very respectful of our home. They were clean and organized, zip tied everything neatly. Really went above and beyond in every area. Of the 3 HVAC companies I've used over the years this was my best experience

Awesome service from start to finish. Our air conditioning quit working, had initially called another company several hours earlier and they hadn't shown, contacted ACE, Andre gave me an actual time frame as opposed to “sometime this afternoon or evening“ Showed up exactly on time, got to work, even went out in a thunderstorm. Had us up and running in under and hour. Will definitely be my go to service company. Highly recommend!

ACE Heating & Cooling is awesome! Andre and his crew were fantastic. They explained everything and were upfront with all potential issues and costs. We ended up having them install and new AC and Furnace. This during the hottest days of the year so far! This team is stellar. I love the great customer service starting with texts letting me know tech was on way, to coming in on time and finishing a little earlier than expected. Above all else, answering all my questions and calming any concerns I had. Let me say, my house is COLD now! Brrr! Thank you Andre!!!

I sought out ACE HVAC to clean my dryer ducts. Matt showed up promptly and did a fantastic job and now our dryer duct is spotless. he was extremely considerate and he did a great job of explaining the process he was using. He took lots of before and after pictures to show the work he had accomplished. They were extremely fair on price and provided me a quote to have all of my duct work cleaned without the hard sell which was appreciated. I would strongly recommend them for any HVAC services.

Shopped around for a company to repair my furnance came upon Ace Heating & Cooling Services...decided to go with Ace because of the rave reviews...I was not disappointed. Mr. Andre and crew arrived on time...and were very professional..knowledgeable..and courteous. The repairs were explained every step of the way. I was aware of what was done and why it was done. The service was speedy and the price was reasonable. I was very pleased and will use Ace for future services.

Andre and his assistant were very polite and professional. They had to replace a gas pipe that was leaking gas out of it. They fixed it with no problem and in a timely manner . The fee for coming out was not outrageous and they put it towards my payment . I highly recommend this company.
