Was able to take short notice appointment from the weekend. Arrive promptly on Monday morning. Professional in appearance and very courteous. They didn't have the part my furnace needed with them but they were able to go pick it up quickly and get the furnace working. Highly recommended.

Feb 2018 We just had ACE come out again and fix our heater. They made an appointment with us that worked with OUR schedule, gave great service, fixed the problem, and provided good cost-saving ideas! We would recommend ACE to anyone!

I have been a customer for several years now. Andre is very fair and honest. Just last summer, he came out and installed a brand new air conditioning unit at my home. He arrived when he said he would be there and had it installed and running quickly. This winter my furnace went out and I called him late in the evening. He arrived at my home and took care of the problem. If you are looking for a great heating and cooling professional, I highly recommend Ace Heating and Cooling .

On Easter Sunday, our hot water heater stopped working. We initially thought that the pilot light had just gone out, but after multiple attempts to re-light it ourselves, we determined we needed to call a professional. Monday morning, we looked online and found ACE Heating & Cooling Services. We called and Andre answered promptly confirming that he could come to our house within a few hours. After a couple of days without hot water, we were thrilled that he could come to our house the same day!

Andre did absolutely everything he could to try to fix our water heater so that we wouldn't have to buy a new one. He even ordered in a part from the manufacturer and had it shipped overnight - at his own expense!! Andre was determined that we would have hot water before he left, and he delivered! He ended up ordering, picking up and installing a new water heater for us. He actually insisted on doing the labor for free for our "inconvenience"!! He even disposed of our old water heater for us.

We would definitely recommend ACE Heating & Cooling Services to our friends and family. Andre was honest, on time, thorough and was truly determined to fix our problem. The fact that he was also polite and friendly was just a bonus!

I've had issues with my furnace for months, and have had multiple heating and cooling companies try and figure out what's wrong with it, no one could figure it out. I called Ace Heating and Cooling to fix it, Andre was very professional and fixed the issue with my furnace in less than an hour, and was very reasonably priced. About four months ago I had services done with this company they told me they have a special with the gas company that if I replace hot water heater I would have $200 refund back. So I decided to do it for two properties so I can get $400 refund back.It has been four months and I have not see the refund back. The owner told me he will write me a check multiple times and I have not see the check. The owner is very unprofessional and dishonest. I have email proof of text that he said he will be Refund back the money and I never get to see the refund. There’s just been so many promises to give me back my money and he never did. Do not use this business because they are very dishonest.

I called Ace Heating and spoke with Andre regarding a furnace inspection as my furnace was not blowing out hot air. He was very professional and prompt with coming to look at it. It turned out to be something minor that needed to be fixed for my furnace. He was honest about the issue and didn't try to overcharge me for it, which some companies would do that. Instead, he offered to check out my AC unit to make sure it was running properly as well while he was here!! He provided great service and I will definitely use him in the future for any HVAC work. I will recommend him to family and friends looking for HVAC services as well.

While visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday, we decided to check on our rental property & discovered that our furnace was out. We called Ace & were relieved that they had a technician available & at our home within two hours of the service call. Mr. Roderick was was very professional, he explained everything to us and was able to fix the furnace quickly and safely.
