Our air conditioner broke yesterday and ACE was able to get out today to get it fixed. The young lady that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. I was worried that we were going to use the wrong company and get taken for a lot of money, but talking to her eased my mind a bit. The technician arrived earlier than I expected and got right to work. Joshua was also very friendly and extremely helpful. He introduced himself and got right to work. He even showed me where my furnace filter was and how to take it out. He kept us updated on his progress and explained our options to us so that I was confident in our decision. Thank you so much for being so kind and efficient..

Matt showed up on time and was nice and professional. Told me exactly what was going on and was able to get my water heater replaced in no time. Great experience and will definitely be using their services for any future needs.

I so was disappointed in Andre, I purchased a/c unit from this company and 3 guy’s was over my house on Saturday 7/16/22 to install the unit, While working on my unit I saw one of the guy opening my Thermostat & I immediately ask him if they are going to replace my Thermostat and he say no that Andre didn’t tell them to replace it and I say to him that Thermostat was included in other Estimate I got from other companies then I immediately called there office I speak to a lady that told me that Andre is gone for the day & I requested she ask Andre to call me soon as he come to office on Monday and he never called, I called back on Wednesday to speak to Andre again he’s not in the office then left a message that he call me soon as he return and never called, Secondly after installing my unit on Saturday then Monday afternoon I discovered a hose in my basement that was left unconnected or hook up, I try to speak with Andre about what’s going on & how I feel about doing business with him and he refused to call me, I’m so disappointed & regret doing business with him!! You know you wasn’t telling the truth about working with me or agreed to install thermostat, The reason why I request you call me is because I speak to the lady in your office & she told me I’ll have to pay $250 if I need a new thermostat installed and you refuse to call me, You claim to be too busy to call me but you have time to call me today after reading my review, You even hang up on me while I was talking to you, Honestly I thought you was a gentleman!!

Ace (Andre) called me back on a Sunday afternoon and was out to our home on Monday morning to repair our air conditioner. He was professional and explained everything he was doing as he went. I really appreciated his help and would recommend Ace based on his service. Very well done!

I called several companies before calling ACE Heating and Cooling. Let’s just say that it was the best call I made. Andre was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He found the problem within 15 minutes of arriving. He went and got the part that was needed in a timely manner and now I have air again. I will call again if I ever need repair again. Called Ace for an HVAC inspection that I needed ASAP. Andre couldn’t make it out the same day but came out the next morning personally at 630am before my home sale inspection. Then because he couldn’t make it for my originally requested time, he gave me a discount. This is an absolutely fabulous company that I recommend to all my friends and family!

We found him to be very professional with top notch service and a fair price. A home inspection revealed some of our HVAC items and appliance installs were not up to code. In one afternoon, Andre and Larry completed each task and took the time to be certain the work was done right. Even calling inspector to clarify and confirm requests. I highly recommend Ace Heating and Cooling. Nice to support a small business too!

Roderick was great he was able to identify the problem and provide a solution pretty quickly. There were some tech issues when it came to payment which prolonged my a/c from getting fixed but Andre came out right way to get me squared away. It paid a little more then I had budgeted but that was ok.
