We had a dip tube and broken pipe problem with a 25-year-old water heater. Andre came over promptly to fix my poor attempt of handling "an easy home repair". Excellent service, great deal! RotoRooter gave us an estimate that was $800 over what Andre charged us! Andre really knew his stuff, was very friendly, and explained everything he was doing prior to doing it. He will definitely be our go-to guy and we've already recommended him to another family member. Thanks Andre! Although my wife still wants to kill me for trying to fix it myself, she's happy again. Very professional. I was referred by a good friend. Don't think I'd call anyone else but ACE Heating & Cooling. They saved me a lot of money. Called a different company and they did not attempt to repair my A/C unit. Just tried to get me to buy a new one. ACE is very reasonable, professional and personable. You won't be disappointed.

Yesterday around 7:00 pm our hot water just stop working. Since it was the weekend I thought we would have to wait for Monday. However, I search for a hot water tank repair service in my area and Ace Heating was the first one on the list. I scrolled down and looked at other companies, but went back to Ace. I read their services and the testimonies. It was 7:25 am in the morning, but there was a statement on the website stating "We are open". I called and Andre answered and said I can be there in an hour, and he was a man of his word. He had to go get a part for the hot water tank and returned with partner. I am happy to say I got hot water! Satisfied customer!

Andre is very professional and thorough. I called on a Saturday morning and he was at my house within 30 mins. He broke down all the possibilities of what could be causing the issue and explained each scenario. He also provided some useful tips that i will be using moving forward. My furnace is back to working 100% and will not hesitate to call Andre/ABC again when i need my HVAC serviced.

My AC went out and I had no idea what was going on. The house would not get cool after running the AC for 2 days straight. I called a few HVAC companies and they were all closed. I found ACE and they came out within 2 hours on a Saturday morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem, leaking HVAC unit, and gave me a great deal to fix it!!! The house was cool about 4 hours later. I had a really good experience.
