My AC stop working. I had two different companies come out and found similar findings with outrageous prices. Ward Heating & Cooling Inc. was the 3rd company that came out. Mr. Ward came right out upon speaking with me to detect the problem.
His company replaced my AC unit and Furnace together still at a reasonable price than what the other two companies were trying to charge for just repairing or replacing the AC unit. I wasn’t pressured or made to feel like I must act immediately unlike the other two companies. I would definitely recommend Ward Heating & Cooling Inc. They are professional, timely and do go work‼️

Ward Heating and Cooling did an excellent job!! Mr. Ward was very professional, informed me what I needed to do to keep the longevity of my heating and cooling system. He installed a new thermostat for us and showed me how to work it!! He was polite, funny and I felt comfortable with him. I will continue to use him!!! ♥️

Our A/C went out due to a burned wire melted on the compressor. We called Ward Heating and Cooling and was able to install a new A/C the following day. His sons came over and they were very professional, funny and respectful. Mr. Ward came and did a wellness check, which is above and beyond customer service.
