I have been a Ward customer for more than 25 years.
When I purchased my house, the heating and cooling had been installed by Ward. They have proven to be professional and trustworthy.

They quoted us one price and charged us even more after they were done. They also never gave us a breakdown of what they did until the next day when we told them we weren’t going to pay unless we got a breakdown. They are horrible communicators and are way overpriced. I called two other air-conditioned places and they quoted way under what we paid. These people are scam artists.

This company installed a new ac at my parents house for $3000, only for it to stop working 3 days later. Their old unit needed a new compressor so it was recommended to replace the unit. Mind you, their old A coil was working properly. Yet when they returned 3 days later, they told them they now needed a new A coil, which will cost an additional $1600. I feel this company took advantage of my parents who are in their 70's. Even I know it is recommended to change the A coil when putting in a new AC. Do not deal with this company unless you got money to burn!!

Right now I’m just getting quotes. But I did like the professionalism and seem like the cost within range.
