A big thank you to Matt for fixing our furnace on the coldest day of the year and the day before the xmas holiday. He went above and beyond to ensure we had heat. His professionalism, expertise, and kindness was so greatly appreciated.

Andy and Matt showed up early, demonstrating that they appreciated my business. It’s was clear that they knew what they were doing, but they did not try to wow me with technical jargon. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely recommend Ace to my friends.

I needed a new shut off valve installed in the gas line going to the water heater.. The tech took 3 hours to do a pressure check and did not have the correct tool. I showed them the bad part the repair took 90 minutes and the charged me 615 dollars.The owner had a hissie fit over what I was told on the phone for the cost of the pressure test and repair and the tech left a big mess getting pipe thread glue all over the floor and rugs, no dropcloth. They got me good

Today AJ came out and did our annual maintenance check of heating portion on our HVAC systems. He was thorough and professional. I have been using ACE service experts for years now. They are very good at what they do. I can always count on them to be professional and honest. Thanks guys!

Andrew came by and made my day. Installed the control board, said we needed a blower motor. Due to hard times I’m glad ACE understood what me and grandpa were going thru at the time and helped us out tremendously. Thank you guys so much for providing us with heat again. My furnace went out during the early cold snap a few days ago. I was desperate for heat. My first call was to Kelly heating and Cooling who came to the house and right away told me I needed a new furnace without really doing their due diligence to trouble shoot.

A couple of days later. I had the great fortune of meeting Andre, the owner of ACE who was in the neighborhood on another service call. He committed to coming out ASAP to evaluate the situation with my furnace. Although Andre had 7 appointments the next day, Joan in customer service was kind enough to get me worked in that schedule.

Andre came out and did a thorough evaluation and comprehensive testing of all the components in my heating system and educated me along the way. More importantly he was honest enough to tell me that my furnace was in good shape and it was just the pilot light that was out. He got my furnace up and running right away! Given the age of my furnace, he could have ripped me off like the other company planned on doing, but he did not. With proper maintenance and care, although my unit is over 30 years old, he believes I might be able to get another 5 years out of it. I have since signed up for Ace’s Home Care Club - a great package of services that will help me stretch the longevity of my unit - saving me from the significant expense of a new furnace at this time and in the near future.

I highly recommend ACE to anyone in need of heating or cooling. Not only are the technicians excellent in their craft, they run a very professional business with top notch customer service at reasonable prices. I truly believe you cannot do better than ACE. New system was purchased and installed in May, and all was well. I was told I had a full year warranty on all parts but was on the hook for any maintenance costs and I was ok with that. In late July I was hit with a flood in the basement. After the flood ended I called them to inspect the unit before I turned on the AC again. I was told it was fine and still under warranty and I could turn it on by the tech they sent out. I paid the 75 dollar fee and he left. Two weeks later they system died. I called them again and they came out and said the system needed to be repaired and all parts were on backorder and that it was not covered under warranty. They are either liars or they do no know what they are doing either way I will never do business with them again.

I called them because my AC went out and it was repaired within 2 hours on a Saturday. Outstanding service! Matt was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I highly recommend using ACE.
