Bermuda Air Conditioning & Heating,Co. is amazing. They've been coming to my house for ONLY about 25+ years;) for my semi-annual Spring & Fall HVAC maintenance. Within that time frame I have had to replace a 20 year old furnace and really no other repairs that I can think of. I guess the semi-annual visits help!
They are always on time, professional, there's not a rotation of employees, always the same great guys. In fact, the gentleman who installed my furnace recently, Joe, is the same guy that installed it in 2002!
Rich is honest and fair in terms of pricing.
They have also maintained some of my other family members homes. Can't say enough good things about them, so I'll stop here; they're great, highly recommend.

I have had ac issues since I bought my house a year ago. I have had several technicians come out to see as why my house is never really “cold/cool” like it should be. Every single technician has said there was nothing wrong with my unit. Rich, the owner took it upon himself and did research on my unit without me even asking!!❤️ Rich came out to my house as a courtesy and was the ONLY person to find out what was wrong with my unit. Rich discovered that the company that installed it did it completely wrong and didn’t even hook up all the components of my ac unit and THAT IS WHY MY AIR WASN’T COLD AS IT SHOULD BE. Rich took a lot of hours out his day and truly is a blessing to me!! Rich takes a lot of pride in his work and customers which I truly appreciate. I am forever grateful for Rich at Bermuda and I will only work with this company here on out! THANK YOU SO MUCH RICH!!!! 🙏❤️

We chose Bermuda based on the excellent reputation and many years of experience when replacing our HVAC system and they did not disappoint. Rich offered many options and explained how the systems differ in a way anyone can understand, Joe did the installation professionally, you could tell he takes pride in his work and answered any questions we had about the new system. The entire team at Bermuda Air Conditioning and Heating were amazing. They were on time, even during an extremely busy time for them, and our new a/c and furnace have saved us tons of $$$ on our utility bills. The new heat has our house on a constant temp all day long, even with the extreme cold we've had a couple of times. We also got an air "scrubber" and humidifier and they are awesome! We could not be happier with our experience!

Not only did they respond back to a VM first thing in the morning, but they called to tell me that the repairman would be running late 4 hours ahead of time. So I could adjust my life. 9 points Bermuda.

Then Joe called to say he was 20 min out. Showed up on time. Was super professional.
Explained what he was going to do. Did the work in 15 min as he said. Then spent 10 min explaining to me how to work the generator, what it will cost to run, his recommendations for when to run it. Then went to my electrical panel and explained all of that. 30 min done and I had my day back. And a very fair cost. As the new home owner this was entirely beyond what I expected. 91 points Bermuda. 100% recommended.

Had a problem with my furnace not working a week before Christmas 2020. Andy, from Bermuda, came out was on time, wore a mask, was very professional and informative, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although I ended up having to replace my whole system (Heating & AC) the Bermuda Team was confident and ready to get my new system installed and up and running ASAP! and they did just that! My new furnace and AC are working better then ever. They were quick and efficient and had it all installed and running in just a matter of hours.

Fast forward a month, I had a small problem with my system, that ended up just being a dirty filter that needed replacing, but once again Andy was on time, wore a mask, was very professional and informative , diagnosed the problem very quickly and had my system going again in minutes!

Can not thank Bermuda Air Conditioning and their team enough and I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!!

Bermuda seems to be a reputable company. A service call was arranged for a furnace problem. The office staff was quite pleasant and helpful. The appointment went fine and the furnace responded to the repairs. However, within 30 days the furnace problem reappeared and another service appointment was made. After about three weeks, the furnace is still working well. I appreciate that technician looked up the age of my furnace and did not press me to replace it. My only minor complaint is that I was required to pay a second diagnostic fee.

Bermuda replaced our air conditioner and heating units as well as rerouting and customizing our duct work. We have zoned heating and cooling and the upstairs unit went out. Rich and Joe took great care installing and removing the old/new units and our attic has not been this clean in awhile. Not only are they a local outfit they are great people and we could not have been more pleased with the work and professionalism.

Bermuda is top notch! They have installed heating, cooling and a water heater in my home as well as performed repairs and maintenance. The service is prompt and professional. They are a reputable, family owned business that has earned my business time and again.

We have used Bermuda for several years since moving to STL and have had great experiences with their responsiveness, professionalism and expertise. They have replaced our cooling unit which works so much better now and has saved us money in monthly bills. Today they responded with short notice to take care of our broken heater igniter. Andy was on time and professional and fixed our problem in no time! We signed up for the maintenance program to make sure that things are clean and working so we can head off future issues. Thanks also to Michelle who is always so friendly and gets us on the schedule. We would recommend Bermuda without hesitation!
