Rich and Bermuda HVAC are great! I purchased a home with a home-made radiant floor heating system tied to a standard water heater. I couldn't get it to work or figure it out, so called my plumber. The plumber was completely mystified by it, and recommended Rich at Bermuda HVAC. Rich and his technicians figured it out, made numerous fixes, and got it working just in time for St Louis' coldest spell in years. It worked beautifully. The cost was very reasonable and I truly appreciate Rich's willingness to take this project on when I'm certain many would have just scratched their heads and walked away.

They recently installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini split system in our 4 season room and, as usual, we couldnt be happier with their service.

My husband and I were really impressed with the quality of service and Carl’s professionalism on our service call for our furnace. Within 90 minutes of arrival time Carl had diagnosed the problem, replaced two major parts and cleaned up when the job was completed. It has been a joy to have Bermuda Heating and Cooling make repairs and install new units in our home for the past 30 years. They are tops in their field!!

I had my first experience with Bermuda recently when they came to do spring maintenance on my A/C system. Carl, my technician, was prompt friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any question I had in a professional manner. I signed up for there yearly maintenance plan that day since I was so pleased with the quality of service. i would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bermuda has done great work for me. The President, Rich, is very informative and explains problem solutions well. Carl has also helped me and my daughter with several issues, including replacing the heat exchanger in my furnace today. Carl explained what he was doing and why and the area was spotless when he was finished. Great work.

Mike was the Bermuda Heating representative that serviced my furnace today.

I observed him thoroughly examine the equipment to find any defects that would prevent it from performing, producing the heat and providing us with a safe winter experience.

He is a true professional. He answered any questions I ask and was respectful and couteous. I encourage Mike to keep up the good work.

I had them come out for an estimate on replacing our HVAC system because the AC wasn't working. My wife was pregnant and because of COVID we were trying to stay isolated. Bob was very courteous and kept a mask on while we were talking. He gave us three estimates for various efficiency levels and offered to replace the Freon in our old AC unit to allow us to keep cool until the new system could be installed.

"Tall Mike" is what they call him. I REALLY appreciate the quality of service that he provided. This is our second go around nearly a year later. Good energy!!! I was the last call for the day, same as last time, I appreciate Mike for providing service, close to quitting time.

My boiler went out on my heating system; called a company out to look at my boiler. They said I needed to replace boiler at a cost of $14,000. I then called Bermuda and Rich came out and stated he thought the system only needed cleaning. He cleaned the boiler and tested the operation and the system operated correctly, at a cost of under $300. I highly recommend Bermuda HVAC for any of your heating and cooling needs. Very honest and up-front company and people.
