The guys were polite, professional, and competent. They took care in my home and didn't laugh at all the dust they found behind some of the radiators! Finding people who will work on boilers is becoming increasingly hard. And in my case they had to move a radiator temporarily so a wall could be repaired, then return it, and fix the boiler afterwards. I've already recommended them to another friend.

Dependability and great service always. I have a special place in my heart for Bermuda, because when I worked for a school district located in an African-American city, Bermuda was the only company that would come for a service call. They have been in business many years and I hope they will continue to serve the public.

Mike Davidson, our technician, did a stellar job of servicing our aging boiler. He is thorough and experienced and we are now ready to tackle
the winter months with peace of mind.

Had another occasion to need the services of an HVAC contractor. The project was complicated on many levels; from the type of work required to an extremely high level of local government regulation and paperwork. Bermuda was the only option that made sense. They followed up on every detail and stuck with the process for over 6 months. They delivered flawless execution and pretty near perfect work. I'd give 6 stars but the limit is 5!!

I called freaking out because my ac has been leaking inside my house and my home warrany has me on a 'list' that seems to never end. Mike was so nice and my repair guy (sorry I forgot his name!) was SOOO helpful! ill forever recommend and use this company.

One star because I called there 5 days ago and, although the receptionist was extremely nice and personable, the owner/technician who was supposed to contact me regarding a quote for a new HVAC system never called. Extremely disappointing as the 'wordvof mouth' reviews from neighbors was very good. I'm just going to find another HVAC company since these guys can't seem to find the time to contact potential customers' back. ****Update**** Owner of the company just left my house. He called me a couple of days ago and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. He gave me an estimate to replace my entire HVAC system, including all duct work. It was much more than I expected but, he took his time and really showed me and explained why it was going to cost so much. He didn't charge me anything to come out and give the estimate, and he also pointed out a damaged area on my furnace that was most likely leaking carbon monoxide! The gas company was just at my house last week to install a new interior meter and they didn't catch it. Anyway, this guy seems very solid, and honest despite the time it took to return my phone call. I am changing my 1 star rating to 4.

Andy Dennington arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in a short time.He fixed it and cleaned up the unit.We are well pleased. Andy has fixed a couple of problems previously in the same manner. We are very happy with Bermuda's service.

Rich came out to assess my needs and gave me 3 options to choose from. Joe and Mike who did the instal. They were very professional and treated my home with respect coming and going. They cleaned any messes they made. The work was very well done and the system is working perfectly. The company that was to instal a cage over my AC left a mess which Joe saw and cleaned before we had a chance to get to it. They all made sure I was happy with the work before they left.

We just had Bermuda install a new HVAC system in our house. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Everyone we spoke with was very professional. They are now our go to for all HVAC needs in the future.
