Jim is fantastic. He is a smaller shop, so he cannot necessarily get to you immediately if you want a new central air install, but his quality of work and monetary value for the service is totally worth the wait. It took him a few weeks to get started after we decided we wanted to work with him, but again, totally worth it to be patient. He communicated the delay and was upfront about what was possible and not possible in our 100+ year old, 2-story city home. He worked to find a solution that would do the job for us, and it has!

Additionally, If something is not working properly or there is an emergency for anything heating/cooling related, he will be there to take care of you as soon as possible! He has worked on my parents' and my grandparents' homes multiple times when things go wrong, and it is common for me to hear that he was working til late evening or on weekends on an emergent issue for a customer.

Great guys and prompt service! They were able to quickly diagnose my issue with a blower that wanted to only work sometimes, and gave me a breakdown on parts cost. I definitely recommend giving Knowles a call for your heating/ cooling needs.

I was concerned that my old furnace was beyond repair, but Jim and his young assistant had it going in minutes! And I was happily surprised at the low cost! Jim Knowles is the one to call.

Crest has amazing bartenders and patrons, but the kitchen staff has consistently dropped the ball on the quality of food preparation and plating

They came and even though we would have rather been able to fix the unit we had , they gave us a great deal and this air conditioning unit they installed works better that the old one when that one was new. Thank you.
