The technician came promptly and got the AC working soon. He checked every aspect and asked my approval before replacing each part and performing services. He checked the temperature at the vents to be sure each was working and was friendly and competent.

Andre and Louis were very professional, obviously knowledgeable, and very courteous and efficient. They found multiple problems and solved each quickly. They communicated to me what was happening, and they stayed to ensure the heater and thermostat were finally working properly.

My neighbor recommended me to call because she has been using them for years. They were outstanding. Called early that morning as my air conditioner stopped working late the night before. I was able to get an appointment that same day. He gave me a time frame and he was there. He very punctual, polite and was very thorough with his findings. He explained to me the problem as my air conditioner was only 3 years old. He was able to check to see if the part was under warranty and in stock. Ran out to get the part and came right back and repaired my air conditioner. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Ace Heating and Cooling this morning after I noticed my heat was not working. I called several other company’s and was told they could come out in 2 days! This was not an option since it was 3 degrees outside and snowing bad. Andre came to the rescue. He was here within a couple of hours. He made the process quick and easy. Great customer service. I had called in an emergency as my heater constantly shutting off and only blowing out cold air. Andre was able to arrive at my house within a half hour. It was a quick fix. The next day, he called back to make sure that everything was working properly. Highly recommend.
