One of my AC units went out so I had a company come out to take a look. I was advised that my furnace, which is only 7 years old, would have to be replaced because I needed a 3.5 ton unit but my furnace could only support a 3 ton. I called a friend who recommended I contact Josh at Goldkamp HVAC.

I gave Josh a call and after speaking with him he advise that he was confident that a 3 ton AC unit on my main floor would be sufficient as I had a 1.5 ton unit for the 2ne floor. In fact he point blank said it would be a waste of money to replace my furnace. Talk about being honest and trustworthy!!!

The installers were awesome from start to finish as well!!! They showed up in time, were polite and personable.

I already signed up for the yearly maintenance with Goldkamp because of my awesome experience.

Our a/c decided to quit on us during some of the hottest days of the year. We called Goldkamp Heating and Cooling on a Monday afternoon after a holiday, and they were out to our home within an hour to assess the problem. The part was ordered and they were back to fix the unit in less than 24 hrs! They are extremely friendly and I feel they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you!!

If you are searching for a reliable and honest company, just call Goldkamp already! My air conditioner broke on a 95 degree day over a holiday weekend. I left a voicemail fully expecting a call back in about 3 days after the holiday weekend was over and people were back at work, NOT THE CASE. Jason Goldkamp called me back within a few hours. Tuesday morning when the office was open again, they had someone at my house before 9am who informed me what I pretty much already knew that the unit needed to be replaced. They still got it working free of charge since it was mid 90s until I could get a new unit installed. Within the week they had a new AC unit and furnace installed at the same time and spent several hours cleaning all of the duct work. I had a few bids from all of the major companies and Goldkamp had the best price, and best financing option even with the duct cleaning.
The customer service I received far exceeded my expectations.

Our 15 year old AC stopped working during the latest 90+ degree week. We called Goldkamp and they had a repair man here the next day. Unfortunately it was terminal so we ordered a new furnace and AC immediately. They loaned us a room AC and shortly after that they installed the new units. We had a no AC situation which needed attention TODAY. Called at 8:30am and tech was out by 10am. He was courteous, professional, quick and SAFE. Took care of the situation and we have AIR!! Kori answers the phone and has the friendliest and most professional demeanor. She was so kind and eager to help us with our AC issue! It is July and over 90 degrees and of course our AC quits! I left a message on their machine in the middle of the night and the next morning before they opened at 8am, Kori called me ready to help.They were able to come see us the next afternoon and luckily it wasn’t a complicated problem. The technician was super nice and informative. He advised us on proper care of our AC unit. He didn’t try to rip us off or offer to fix things that were not broken. He didn’t try to sell us on services we didn’t need. He was friendly and straight to the point. It is such a relief to still have companies out there that pride themselves on good customer service/good quality work! These will be my HVAC service company for as long as I live in Saint Louis!
