After a poor experience with another heating & cooling company, Diego with Goldkamp came in gave a thorough inspection of our system and worked through a difficult repair/diagnosis. He explained the situation so we could easily understand and above all Diego was HONEST, which was not the case with the previous company we had called.

Goldkamp responded quickly when we had a problem with the furnace they installed 4 years ago. It was a challenge but they were so helpful, the phones were answered by such nice people, and they persevered until we got the problem solved. They are terrific!

The service we received was amazing! Matt who is the owner of the company came out personally within 12 hours of our call to get our AC working again! This was on a 98° day as well which I'm sure caused many more emergency calls like ours. I cannot express how happy and satisfied we were with the service he and his team gave us! I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs!

Goldkamp H&C was so responsive! I contacted them on a Tuesday night (in the heat of summer) for issues with our air conditioning. They immediately responded and had someone out the next morning to fix. They were prompt, up front with service prices before they even came out, and gave me several options to fix our issue (lowest to highest cost). They let us make the decision without swaying us in any way. They are a family owned and operated company that truly values their customers and is honest and upfront. I will never use another heating and cooling company!

I was very pleased with the professionalism from the moment the estimator (Kevin) walked through my door. The price was well within my budget and there were no pressure tactics to sell me the most expensive unit/equipment in stock. Everyone was thorough, professional and very easy to communicate what I needed in a new system. The office staff (Kori) was friendly and efficient. The installation guys (Mike/Josh) were very helpful in explaining my new system. I give Goldkamp an A++.
