The whole team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. Made time for us in the schedule on a Monday afternoon and helped get our heat back! Super helpful considering it was 30 degree day and we have a little one. Love this family biz!

Same day service and air conditioning unit was up and running. There is nothing like relief from a broken AC. Their service will cause me to switch from my regular company when they could not do anything for days.

We have used Goldkamp Heating and Cooling for both furnace and A/C replacement in the past few years. Each time, the process was great from booking the appointment, quote/evaluation, and install! They always worked with us to provide solutions for what we needed for our specific home. Today, on a unusually cold November day, our furnace stopped working. These guys are awesome. They came to install my furnace and a/c unit with a spirit of excellence. Will most definitely recommend to our family and friends. The only thing I didn’t care for was they put this large A/C unit on the bracket on the house instead of putting it on the ground. An employee who did the estimate stated it had to be put on the ground due to it being very large. I just feel as a professional you ought to know better especially if you do this for a living everyday. We shouldn’t have had to ask for it to be placed on the ground.

Matt and his crew have been servicing my home for many years. I couldn't be happier. Just last week we had a burst water line that took out the control board on the furnace and they promptly got it up and running late in the day on a Friday! Their service and support from initial phone call to job completion is absolutely the best. Thank you for another job well done! Update 7-3-2023: Goldkamp is still the best!

OUTSTANDING COMPANY!!!! Our furnace stop blowing heat on Christmas Eve. I called several companies to setup an emergency service call, but due to the extreme cold weather and not being a “Premier Customer “ to no avail. The guys from Goldkamp returned my call to advise that they were swamped as well, but went above and beyond to do a troubleshoot over the phone with my husband and voila… the heat returned. We are forever indebted to those guys for allowing us to have a joyous Christmas!! They are certainly the go to for our HVAC needs going forward. HAVE SAFE AND BLESSED HOLIDAY. Thank you

Wow!!! Amazing customer service! Professional, punctual, courteous and reasonable. I will never use or recommend any other HVAC company. As a real estate broker I have had experiences both personal, as well as on behalf of my clients with probably every HVAC company in St. Louis. They all pale in comparison to Goldkamp. Don't even think about interacting with the larger national companies. They don't care. Goldkamp cares.
