Hands down the best home service experience that we have ever had. Between the skilled technicians, trustworthy sales staff and helpful office staff - we could not be happier.
My wife and I called Goldkamp Heating & Cooling (and a few other HVAC companies) after our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year. The very polite dispatcher, Kori, dispatched Matt within minutes. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue in no time at all. Our furnace was over thirty years old and a/c was almost twenty, so we asked Josh Goldkamp to give us a quote on a new system. Great price for a top of the line 95% efficient system. He even filled out and submitted the paperwork for Ameren and Spire rebates so we could save almost 800$! All we had to do was sign!
Doug and Joe showed up on time to install the new system. They did great work. They even helped troubleshoot an issue we were having with our Nest thermostat. Incredibly courteous folks that we felt comfortable having in our home.
Before you decide on an HVAC company, give this great family owned business a call. You won't be disappointed.

They are honest, kind, experts who aren't working for that next commission at your expense. They even came back out right away the next morning when the perfectly working air stopped again... batteries in my thermostat were loose after fixing my real issue.

Had I not called them back out, the first company told me I needed $500 worth of Freon but really should replace my whole unit and furnace too... they are only 12 years old. Instead, I find my unit is working great... added $100 of freon, and changed out a wiggly battery.

Seriously, I can NOT say enough nice things. 3 people called me back by 830 am the next morning because it stopped working right away, and they wanted us to know we were being taken care of and important to them.

The team at Goldkamp did a First Class job from our initial call to schedule service to the actual work performed at our house. Josh has been my point of contact for both our home and business. He has helped us choose the systems to meet our needs and has been very helpful with scheduling the installations and the periodic maintenance on our systems.

We had several emergency gas leaks and Spire had to shut off our gas which left us with no hot water and no stove. Obviously we needed a quick turnaround and called Goldkamp Heating & Cooling who was able to fit us in the day and fix all three of our leaks. 5-star service! I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I contacted Goldkamp and told them I was interested in a new heating cooling unit Josh Gold Cam came out and did a great job serving everything making determination of what we recommended and we agreed on it and they installed it and it works great. Dean & Diego were very professional and I am very happy with the installation. I would not recommend any other heating cooling place except Goldkamp they have a GREAT Team.

A few weeks ago, my hubby and I were seeking a filter for our Carrier heating/cooling system. I searched for Carrier contractors in our area and came across Goldkamp, liked the reviews and off we went. Unknowingly this is where the previous home owners were coming for service. The staff is very helpful and kind, convenient location.

I was referred to Goldkamp and after a quick (9pm) Facebook message- we received an IMMEDIATE response, to our surprise given the time, that someone would call us at 8am to schedule a service call. At 7:54 this morning I had a phone call & by 8:15am we had a tech scheduled to come out.
Although it turned out to be a small issue, Ryan spent more time answering my questions and concerns while working than anyone we've ever had in our home. Fantastic customer service.... from the Ladies answering and returning calls, Ryan's knowledge, friendliness, & patience, to the price for the service call. I wish every company took pride in themselves this way. "OUTSTANDING" is a complete understatement.

During our annual fall maintenance service the technician was friendly, professional, and informative. He went above and beyond what we expected for a simple maintenance check on our HVAC system. He also checked all the vents in the house, gave us advice on the best settings for heating our house, and even helped secure our wall keypad that had started to fall off. He also provided us with some things to watch for in the future without trying to sell us additional services. The customer service and quality of Goldkamp's work is great and we would highly recommend them.

These guys rock! Everybody we have come in contact with, from the office staff to the technicians, are consummate professionals. After two very positive experience with them, we will never call on anyone else for our heating/cooling needs. This is the most honest & ethical business providing a service that I have ever encountered.
