They were pleasant to work with, we had an ongoing problem that we could not figure out.Our blower continued to run all day. They kept coming back to figure out the problem and they replaced our blower and circuit board and it was affordable.I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and will certainly use them again for future needs

Renting a property and the property
Management couldn’t get someone to make a visit for an entire day. I called Goldkamp mid afternoon and they dispatched someone within 20 minutes. Incredible customer service from the office to the technician that came out. The technician took the time to explain the issue as well as just generally how the system works which was great because I had no familiarity with it at all. Unfortunately the way my property management works, they have to contract out to certain vendors so I wasn’t able to give my business to them other than the technician call, they understood and still gave me a call to check up on everything the next day. Wish I could give them my business. Overall 5 star company and there’s no doubt why they have 5 stars on here with so many reviews. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I have used Goldkamp Heating and Cooling for a few years for my maintenance contract. I called Josh this spring for a bid, knowing my system was getting older and wanted to replace in the fall. I got the bid and they came out in October to replace heating and a/c. Dean and Logan did a great job replacing the unit and explaining the system to me. I had the county out for final inspection and they asked who installed. I told them Goldkamp, he said they one of the best and do a great job on installation. He showed me things they do that others don’t. I’m very happy with my new units and thankful for the Goldkamp Team!!

I tried to clean my outside air conditioning unit, I was a little too aggressive with the hose , got the unit too wet, and it shut down. It was hot and humid. The interior house temperature started climbing quickly, went up to 83 and humidity building up in the house. I tried calling my person who installed my AC and heating units, but after a few hours he never called back.What made it worse, this happened on Saturday afternoon. I finally called Goldkamp. In about 10 or 15 minutes later Douglas called back. Who is the technician on duty at the time. I told him my situation, he walked me through procedures to reset my system, and AC started working. Both he and the Lady who answered the phone, very helpful and professional. I will be calling Goldkamp from here on out. If I can give them more than five stars I would.

A month ago I had another company come out since my AC was not cooling down to the temperature I had it set at. They added 6+ lbs of Freon to the system. This past week, the system began doing the same thing. I left a message on Saturday since they were closed. They called me early Monday morning & said they had a cancellation & could come out at 11am. The service technician, Diego, used a handheld device to find the leak in the aluminum coils. I also had them do my fall furnace check since he was there. The coil unit is still under warranty, so I will only have to pay for the new Freon & labor. Moral of the story, do not let any HVAC company put Freon in your system without checking & fixing any leaks. Side note, they don’t have to put dye in your system to check for leaks when they can use a handheld device. If your coil unit is over 5 years old, chances are it will develop leaks since the coils are made of aluminum, when they used to be made of copper. Goldkamp will get all HVAC business from now on. Hats off to Kory (sp?), customer service rep… she’s always helpful & friendly. She gets things scheduled right away!

This company is superior to all HVAC! They were so informative, took the time to explain everything and were the most reasonable price quote for our budget. They also offer the best financing options for those on a limited budget! Kudos to all staff and special thanks to Kevin Kelly! Could not have asked for a better experience

Diego was our technician. He was on time, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Upon explaining the problems we were having, he went straight to our furnace and got to work. It was exactly what he thought was wrong. He got the part replaced. He also thoroughly explained what happened to cause the problem. And he stuck around monitoring the unit to make sure it was completely fixed. He answered every question I had and also had good recommendations to optimally use the system. I can’t say enough good things about him and the company as a whole. Thank you Diego and thank you Goldkamp!
