Very positive experience. I contacted Mike and he eased my mind that fallen ductwork didn’t present any dangerous hazard. Then John and John showed up and not only repaired fallen ductwork but also noticed more loose nails. They tighten them preventing the same thing happening again. I’d recommend B&B to anyone.

They had a cancellation and were able to get me in the same day. Sent me a professional picture of the tech that was coming to my house with his name. They did not try to upsell in any way. Very professional.

He was wonderful! He came in a timely manner. He jumped right in to trying to solve my issue. He fixed the problem in no time. Also, he educated me about my heating system. I am so grateful for his expertise in heating!

I was in the process of selling my house and had to have my HVAC cleaned and serviced as a request of the buyers so decided to go with B&B Heating & Cooling. When I went to check on their work a day after them servicing and cleaning my HVAC unit the place was a WRECK, they left dirt everywhere. As you can see in the pictures, DIRT was SMEARED all over my new door that was just installed and someone had wiped their dirty hand all over the wall! I asked to have them come out and clean their mess, but they refused and said it was my fault that the furnace was so dirty. I would not recommend them to anyone, they left the place much dirtier than what it was before they arrived and refused to clean anything up. LOOK AT THE PICTURES!

My furnace stopped working. Called and was given an appointment within 2 hours the same day. Professional, prompt, and responsive. I would recommend and use again. Thank you!

Answered the phone promptly and worked us in out of business hours. They've helped us in the past when the AC gave out and made us a priority, today a quick turnaround to figure out and fix our furnace cutting out.

Last month when my air conditioner went out they came within a few hours to check it out and did a temporary fix until they could replace my entire HVAC system which was done today.
