B&B always comes same day. When they give you a time frame they are prompt. They show up happy and ready to help! I will continue to use their service!

They guys were great. Fast professional friendly and courteous plus I have a great super efficient heating and cooling unit built to last for decades. Very pleased!

Matt is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was able to get my air conditioner unit up and running. I have found a good HVAC company and would recommend them to everyone!!!

While i was on the phone making an appt. the secretary on yhe other phone informed the girl i was talking with that there was a cancellation. The repair man that came out was amazing. He explained everything to me told me what He was doing and what expectations I could have from the repair. I appreciate being dealt with so professionally and so Quickly. I have worked with B&B for many years, from replacing my a/c & furnace units to getting yearly maintenance. Ann the receptionist is always helpful, the technicians all very professional. Mike and Matt were so helpful when it came to replacing the units. I would recommend them hands down!

Service technician (John S.) was very respectful, professional, nice and answered all of my questions. I had preventative maintenance & he found a faulty switch (rusted from AC coil that had leaked last year), was able to order and install the next day. John is very thorough in making sure that everything is in good working order…he even inquired about my replaceable filter & he changed it out for me the next day. I will continue to use B&B Heating and Cooling for all of my AC/furnace needs.

B & B are our go-to company for anything HVAC. They installed and maintain our system, and we would not have anyone else. Recently, they repaired both a water heater and furnace at my mother-in-law's home, and the service was, as usual, outstanding. They are honest and transparent about what the problem is, and what the possible solutions are, and we never feel pressured to do anything we are not prepared to do. The communication is excellent, letting us know exactly who is coming and when they will be there, and the office staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I cannot recommend B & B more highly.

John was so helpful and nice!! I felt very informed throughout his time troubleshooting my heating problem, and he did quickly and professionally!

I also love that they call when they are on their way, and even send a picture via text of the person who will be showing up. Such a nice safety measure!

Ryan was quick to respond to our call of the air conditioner not working on a holiday weekend! He had cold air blowing in record time - and at a very reasonable rate.

Mike was able to help quickly and was very honest and upfront about costs and estimates. Would definitely use again and recommend.
