Mike came out bright and early to fix my AC unit after it stopped working. It was a fast repair and he was so sweet and kind. Price was much more affordable than I expected and the service charge to diagnose was even lower than other places. I would definitely recommend B&B to everyone because they came highly recommended to me.

Mike Sr. was professional and a great guy! This is a local business and they take of their community and I was happy to give back by using them for my AC repair! Quick response, on time or even early, and feels like a family member is taking care of you! Highly recommend to anyone!

I called B&B heating and cooling about a problem with my air conditioner. I explained my problem and ask if they could send someone out soon. They said they had a cancellation and could he could be there at the specified time. Upon arrival he was courteous prompt and did a wonderful job preparing the air conditioner.

John did an excellent job with our repair. Customer service through out the process was friendly and responsive. Pricing was fair and honest will use for all future HVAC needs.

I’ve used B and B for years. I have every confidence in their service. I’m disappointed that they could not help me this time, as this is a different house, with part of the a/c system in the attic. They won’t go into attics this time of year(June). I don’t blame them. It’s too hot. Unfortunately, it looks like I need an entire new unit. Mine is 20 yrs old. They recommend I schedule for January. Hopefully, this one will carry me through to the end of summer. I highly recommend getting your a/c serviced early and annually to avoid getting stuck like me. These attic units present a whole new set of problems. However, I really like this house. Oh, well.

This team was business from the first phone call, they responded extremely fast, found the problem and offered the most affordable solution for me and got it done in a few hours. I felt their honesty and that was their key selling point for me, and keep in mind I’m writing this the day before the 4th of July, thank you B&B you have my business going forward, stay safe and I wish you all well!

Mike Sr was my repairman and he was absolutely fantastic. He replaced a part in the air conditioner unit in a very short time. The price was very reasonable and I even got a senior discount. I will most certainly be calling this company again, and requesting Mike Sr if I ever need the service again.
