B & B Heating & Cooling

Called on a Tues morning about my Water Heater Tank leaking, they came same day to do the assessment and next day to do the work. Never did I imagine that in 24hours everything would be resolved. I appreciated the text and email updates when the team was on their way. They were on time and the whole install took less than 2 hours.

John Forest came out and explained that present A/C unit can't be repaired. B & B won't be able to place the unit with new unit till the 25th of May.
John is bringing 110 window unit to tide us over till then.

Thanks to Anne at the office she set up A/C unit a week ahead of what was scheduled and Rich Ron worked 3 hours overtime to install the new Lennox A/C unit. You guys are the best!

Easy to schedule and service technician was polite and professional. I was contacted prior to the service visit via text to let me know that were on the way. There was even a picture of the tech and his name so I would know who specifically would be making the service call. I'd def recommend :)

Mike, Sr. is always professional, friendly and efficient. He takes the time to explain options and, when necessary, provide instructions.

They replaced our water heater and did a great job. Nice, professional, and did the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old unit.

Justin gave me the best service my 16 year old unit has ever had. Very pleased with the cost for yearly maintenance and his attention to details.

B&B came out & did an amazing job. I previously had a different company come out and install the HVAC system but the company did a terrible job & did not pull permits. A month after the install of my new HVAC system B&B had to come in and fix things. That’s when I discovered the permit situation & the fact that nothing was up to code. B&B was very efficient and reliable and fixed everything. I also then used them to install a water heater, which they also did a great job. Thank you so much!!
