B & B Heating & Cooling

We have great service from B & B Heating and Cooling. Their customer service is outstanding. We do not have to wait long for them to come and service our equipement. They are very friendly and explain things.

My thermostat was constantly clicking on the fan even though it was set on off. By the time the serviceman arrived to my home the thermostat was working fine. He checked it out and suggested that the thermostat was working fine and if the problem re-occurs, to call and have them return. He checked if I change the filters regularly and clean the outside A/C with a hose. The serviceman was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely use their service again.

Replaced my 20 yr old hot water heater. They were outstanding from my first phone call for information, pricing and with getting an appointment in 2 days. Justin and Jamie J. came out on time and were very courteous and professional. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up when they were done. Jamie J. took the time to explain the operation of the new water heater and what to look out for if a problem would arise. We have been longtime customers of B&B and they have always exceeded our expectations with yearly maintenance and repairs. After their hard work in trying to keep our old system going it finally went out this year. There was no question from whom we would be getting our new system. Matt from B&B came out and walked us through all of the options and recommendations for our house. The install team was outstanding. Bottom line buying a new AC and furnace is a big deal and these guys are simply the best in our minds. We could not be happier with the system and this company. Highly recommend for customer service and products unmatched in today’s world.

I couldn't ask for more painless experience both times I had these guys come out to the house. Gerry last year and Mike today, both gentlemen were professional. They know their craft and do a fantastic job explaining what they see and what they're going to do in simpler terms.

Matt let me know when he was on the way by texting me because I missed his phone call. I liked that he arrived a bit early. Very personable. Matt explained what was wrong and told me what he was going to try (to save me from having to buy a new unit). Luckily it worked. Matt then told me he needed to recharge the freon and sat down to show me the breakdown on the cost to give me an estimate. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain them in laymen terms. Matt was very friendly with my pups too! Will definitely continue using B&B for heating and cooling. Highly recommend!!

We had our water heater replaced after the old one ruptured and B&B was able to send a team out first thing the next morning. We’ve grown accustomed to mediocre service across the board during the recent cultural shift towards laziness, but we were absolutely impressed with the professionalism and motivation displayed by their technicians. They let us know when they were on the way, they were on time, polite, and wasted no time. I was also pleasantly surprised at the pricing especially when you consider they have top notch people working for them. I highly recommend B&B and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
