John let me know he was on his way, on arrival I explained the issue, he went out to unit made the repairs and I was up and running. He also cleaned unit. Went downstairs to furnace made a hose repair. He answered all my questions, I would definitely use B&B Heating and Cooling. Thank you John !!!!!

HVAC replacement was on time, technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I haven't used this company before but I will continue to call on them for their great quality, value and timeliness.

Rich was helpful, professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on filter quality and what to look for as far as signs of trouble on the AC unit.

Installed new 40 gal water heater, and all other connecting parts. Arrived early, and worked efficiently. Cleaned up site after completion. Very professional. I’ll continue to use, and recommend B&B to others in need!
