Ryan Kahl did a phenomenal job! Extremely knowledgeable about our system and was able to answer all my questions. He was very professional and helpful especially with taking the time to make sure I was 100% confident in our system along with giving me helpful tips above and beyond our system. He really exceeded the value we expected from our service plan.

Our heat went out this morning and I called around 8:36am to schedule a repair. Sean came around two hours later and got us up and running. Very pleasant experience, impressed with speed, gave lots of options without being pushy, easy-going, and respectful. I used a competitor in the past who was none of these things and glad our neighbors recommended Aquarius. I will use them again.

We had a really great experience with Aquarius Water Conditioning with our Kinetico system. The sales person did a great job assessing our current water concerns and providing product options. The installer was on-time, thorough, and very helpful. The unit was installed professionally and is operating extremely well.

Tony Her was very professional, not pushy. Explained the issue and options well. Completed the work in a timely manner.

Thank You for sending out Zach, he is a HVAC RockStar! My AC was not responding, Zach did some trouble Shooting, Diagnosed the problem, and got the system back up and running. This was not a easy task as the system had some wiring issues that are hard to diagnose, great job!!! Aquarius is my 1 and only call. Best service around.

We have had numerous Aquarius staff out to our house. They manage our kinetico system, our water softener, our water heater, and we chose them to install our four head mini split this last fall. Every single one of the employees have been respectful and kind and very knowledgeable about their individual areas. To give credit where credit is due we have had Raul P, Zackery E, David D, Jeff H, Chris R, and Adam L. They have all been phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend Aquarius more to anyone. We trust them with all of our home needs.

Sean did a great job fixing our AC. The service was on time and he went above and beyond to make sure all our equipment (even the equipment he wasn't called out for) was working properly.

Really great response from technician Jon and scheduling team. At the end of winter, on the verge of spring, and they came right out to make sure we’re set. Very awesome experience - my husband and I would both recommend Jon and team to everyone.

He came out the same day I called about a water heater replacement, and provided very clear information and quotes. Josiah was straightforward and friendly, and very communicative about the work and scheduling. I had a new water heating system within hours! Very impressive service all around. Will definitely be talking to Josiah at Aquarius for all future water and plumbing solutions.
