Duncan has been out to our house multiple times. He does a great job explaining issues. He is very friendly and very efficient. We are always happy to see him show up. We are very pleased with our choice to use Apex Heating & Cooling.The install involved rerouting gas, new install of venting, rework of electrical and reinstall of our humidifier. Everything looks great and we can tell they took the time to plan it all out and do it right. Like some other things, we wish we had done it sooner. Great job guys.
