The process was good for checking the equipment and ordering parts. This was an AC where the fan was not turning on and it needed a new motor. The technician Tye was on time and did the work efficiently. He vacuumed out the AC at my request. My only issue was they said they called to schedule a time but I didn't have any messages on my phone. I called in and was able to get it scheduled quickly. I wish there was more transparency in parts and labor costs but it is what is.

Brent from Apollo Heating and Air came out and tuned up my air conditioner unit. I hadn't ever had it done and it's 16 years old! He was very helpful and I had a lot of questions about how he it works and what the best units to buy when my AC and Furnace give out. He was very patient and helpful.He went above and beyond and I appreciate it!

I had a new furnace installed in Feb 2023 and purchased the warranty. I was amazed at the excellent service I received from all (Drew, Chris, Steve and Kong and a few others). All were professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. The Warranty is worth its weight in gold. They checked my plumbing and drained my water heater. Of course, when I went to turn on my air conditioner early summer, it did not work. Apollo was out in excellent time and found that a mouse ate through the wires outside over the winter. It works great now. I also had them clean my air ducts and they did a great job. The service price was very reasonable as was the cost of the new furnace. Customer service personnel are also very helpful and will go the extra mile for you.

Hearing that we needed a new HVAC system wasn't necessarily what I wanted to hear, but having Apollo install an AC system at our previous house, I knew we were in good hands. Our diagnosing technician, Drew, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all alternatives as well as answer ALL my questions! Amazingly, he was able to schedule our install the very next day! Our install technician was also very professional and did a fantastic job with the installation. Bill Butler looked at our air conditioner to give us an estimate on what was needed to fix it. He also looked at our whole system so we could decide whether new ones were appropriate rather than to try to fix these old units. Bill was great! He gave us several options and discussed each in detail. He was by far the best Apollo representative we have had ever! We have now bought 3 furnaces and air conditioners from Apollo over the last 30 some years. Two in our former house and now in our current house. Bill Butler is a great asset for Apollo.

My air conditioner went out and I made contact with Apollo to set up an appointment. They were able to work around my busy schedule and get someone out ASAP. I got a quote and install of a unit the same day. This also happened in the middle of the busy summer season. Very professional and would definitely recommend.

My A/C was not working right just in time for the hot weather to start. I contacted Apollo, and Ashley was awesome. Great service and worked with me to get my repair done very quickly with the help of Bill, who was also awesome and professional! Will definitely be contacting them from now for my future repairs!

We've had both our air conditioner and recently our furnace replaced by Apollo. Previously mostly pleased with results, even joined their service plan. Installers did not try ac when installing because furnace install in Nov. Was told I would need to call in warm weather to have them look at it.

Turned air conditioner on for the first time since furnace install this summer and it wasn't cooling properly. It's a 5 year old unit. Called them immediately asking to have someone tune it up/ check diagnostics and they said they couldn't for a month. Would only come if I said it was broken, so they could charge, since that was outside of service plan. I said fine, $90 bucks to have someone fix our ac when it's hot rather than wait a month was worth it.

The man came and explained that since I hadn't purchased the $800 thermostat they tried to sell me with the furnace, my ac couldn't adjust temp properly, and I should just keep the temperature set rather than let it be on a schedule. I'd also recently cleaned the AC, so he reasoned that would fix it. Levels on the ac were not checked, and I was not charged for this visit.

A couple weeks later, I called them back, since the ac still wasn't cooling properly. It worked fine all last summer. This time they checked refrigerant, which was incredibly low, and as a bonus since the ac had been running constantly the capacitor was bad. I was informed a leak had somehow developed in our ac between last summer and this summer. $700 fix for what I truly believe is something they bungled while installing furnace, and they cannot come back to confirm the fix for another 6 weeks. They wouldn't touch it before I paid, and suggested I could talk to service manager if I had a problem with that.

Tried calling service manager, and have not heard back. Not pleased.

I had my yearly AC tune up performed. I was impressed with the level of detail and professionalism. He arrived on time, was very friendly and had a ton of experience. My home is 6 years old and most of the equipment has been working well, he didn’t recommend any additional work. Just the yearly membership so he could come service us in the future. I valued his opinion and honesty. I’ve had the worst experiences with Home Works and Gens Ryan, I would highly recommend Apollo based off my experience with Blake!

Apollo had great customer service and easy, fast installation of a new furnace and AC for our home. Our rep, Raul, went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience. This was so amazing as a new homeowner who is still learning the ropes. Additionally, prices were highly competitive with the rest of the market. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get HVAC work done!
