My furnace is old enough that it needed to be certified in order to sell my home. Apollo came out to inspect the furnace within a couple of days, the technician was professional, and the office sent me the necessary paperwork for the city inspector the same day as the inspection. I couldn’t ask for much more!

Needed to replace the humidifier attached to my furnace. I did need to pay ahead for the part and labor, but I have used Apollo multiple times and felt secure doing so. A couple weeks later the job was being scheduled. Technician, Josiah, was top notch. He came across a couple of issues, one with my furnace, a second with the new control panel. He fixed my furnace and replaced the control panel. The install estimated to take about an hour initially, took about 5 hours, including 2 parts runs. No extra charge for the day.
Even though I needed to work my day at home, I knew the work was being done with the utmost level of detail and quality.
I trust this company. When possible you get repeat technicians assigned to you so you know them and they know your home systems/equipment. Customer care, from the technicians to the folks on the phones is something they focus a great deal on.

The first 3 people to examine my in-floor heating focused on issues with the main pump on the water tank. The 4th person suggested replacing the heating system completely. That's not very encouraging. I also had an appointment to service the system the morning of February 2. Nobody showed up and nobody called or sent me email regarding this. Someone stopped in at 2:30, knowing that I was only available until 3:00 that day.

Super pleased with these guys. They got the job done and they were super professional. I’d highly recommend them if you need a new furnace, ac and duct work. I had a boiler and they came and replaced with a whole new heating system. They not only work hard I swear they don’t even take breaks to eat or use the bathroom!! They get the job done for you! Super happy with my new furnace. These guys deserve more than 5 stars!! Working beyond 8 hours in a day to get us heat! They truly make you feel like you’re their priority and they take great care of you. Very respectful! I’ll definitely refer anyone that needs any service to them! Great job guys!!

Had the $59.00 furnace tuneup done. The technician was thorough, and did a good job. He gave us all pertinent information pertaining to the furnace , as well as additional options to increase the whole home comfort level , if we were interested. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. We declined for now. Great job.

I had an issue that cropped up before the closing on the sale of my house. Apollo response was quick, and they jumped through hoops to get the repair parts and install them prior to closing. Service technician was professional and personable. I very highly recommend Apollo.

Kong came to check the system as it wasn’t starting. He was able to quickly and professionally diagnose the problem. Although he wasn’t able to fix it (power not getting to outlet for furnace start up) he provided detailed feedback so the electrician can address it.

Thanks to Blake and Ian our furnace is working ! The problem was fixed quickly even with having to order a part. They brought in 2 space heaters to use during the wait. So helpful. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. Thanks Apollo!
