Apollo tech was the consummate professional. Unfortunately I paid over $300.00 for nothing. The Rheem/Richmond over the phone tech diagnosed the wrong part ( igniter) now I'll have to use your service again. I'm retired and on a strict budget. I'm going to feel this mistake for a long time.

Had an estimate appointment today for a new furnace and also received an estimate to install a water softener. Sean was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining things and answering all my questions. He was courteous, respectful and just delightful to work with. I was very impressed.

I have used Tye in the past because he works with me making sure i understand the technical aspect of what he finds. I had Apollo over to get my air conditioner ready for summer and Tye found it wasn't working like it should. Tye explained in terms that i could understand and was very down to earth knowing I might be stressed about the cost, which direction i should go, options available, etc. Wasn't making me feel rushed. I have requested he be the one to come back to do the work as I was comfortable knowing the choice I made was the right one. You appreciate when you come across someone like him. Thanks again, Tye.

Blake S. Did a furnace tune up this morning. He is an excellent technician. He said that our furnace is old but still running in good condition. No extra charges and he was done in 1 hour.
I will have Apollo install our next furnace in the near future and will highly recommend your company to family and friends.

The guy used terminologies the explain that the whole fan needed replacement. It was all a lie, from the office, they asked I pay $59 but the guy made me pay $183.
He explained he spent an hour on diagnostic work, using his tools of trade.
After he left, he turned everything off saying it was an electric hazard, which was ok but he went downstairs, opened the hvac, open! The outside fan behind my house was left open as well.
I suffered with kids in the house that whole night!! The following day, I told my son to put the covers back in! To the fan, there were two fuses he left on the fan. Trying them, they were dead! They weren't passing electricity, we took them as samples to homedepot, bought new electic fuses for &5 each, put them in, the fan was up running and the house cooled. It's still running good.
He really scared the hell out of me they sell the fan @ around $6k interest free for 18 months, I needed an electrician too to fix the hell he imagined of.
I thank heavens I never fell into this. It was only an electric fuse that had blown and a professional should have known better!!!

Wonderful, reliable service as always. Were able to have a new furnace installed same-day after a routine inspection showed our old furnace was malfunctioning. Happy with the result and will continue to rely on them for future needs.

Joziah sent a text with his photo before he arrived so we knew who he was beforehand. He was fast, efficient and polite. He educated us on proper furnace maintenance, recommending the filter be changed more often than 2X/year and to have the ducts cleaned regularly.

Kong did a great job again, he installed our new air conditioner last summer and said he would be back to inspect it and the furnace blower motor and fan to make sure they are clean and our entire system is working properly. Thanks again!!!

Josiah showed quicker then I thought possible.
He checked out my furnace throughly. He was very friendly and easy to talk with. He layed out my options with no baloney and gave me a moment to decide how I wanted to proceed.
I decided on a new furnace since mine was getting on in age. Josiah displayed products and prices as well as answering all my questions.
Anyways...get home from work the next day all is done with an impeccable installation, the area was left clean. Josiah put my mind at ease when we met and followed through with attention to every detail.
