Called for a boiler tune-up. Was quoted $189.00 agreed and the technician came. No tune up took place. Technician was a sales man with tools. After looking at the furnace, and diagnosing it as old, quoted me a price for a new unit and asked to the $189. Thanks for the sales call.

We've used Apollo more than once. We received a coupon via mail and called for a PM earlier this year with Mike F. who was awesome!
We knew our furnace was old and it could break soon hence why we signed up for the service program after the PM. Last night our furnace was not working as planned just as we expected. Apollo provided us with quick service by Blake S. and we decided to purchase a new furnace being that this week has a Windchill at below OF.

Blake was very patient as I had questions about the type of furnaces by efficiency as well as the energy savings rebate we need to sign up for.

David Easter and his team were amazing installing the furnace. Plus as always, so patient with my questions. Thank you again Apollo for keeping us warm and being so helpful with us!

He was able to diagnose the problem and get it running until my Homesmart tech comes in 3 weeks. The repair would have been over $1500 which is why I am waiting.

Was told aboutt he correct use of our air exchange system that could really impact how our AC works. That alone was worth the AC tune up. Have always had great service from Apollo!!!
