Our 21 year old office furnace had been serviced as much as it could be. Out with the old and in with the new. Dan and his crew did an excellent job and left our utility room clean and also informed me of a damper that I could use to limit the flow into my office.

Kong called before heading over, was on time, professional, good at explaining information and did not apply any pressure to get more stuff, but gave what seemed honest counsel.

Apollo installed my furnace a few years ago and it's has preformed exceptionally, recently had them out to do a furnace check up and they are very thorough and professional..furance running as it should..thanks for your continued exceptional service at a resonable price!!

Work done was happy with. Over two months from installation though and still awaiting refund due to the fact they couldn t install the wi fi thermostat I was charged for. Also when either taking out old furnace or bringing new, scratches were put in the six panel oak door. Pictures were taken mid November by Apollo and was told this would be addressed. Call made Dec. 16 regarding both these issues and was told call would be returned to me. Called again on 12/30 and was told I would get a return call again.

Have always used Apollo and been very happy. Hopefully situation will be addressed promptly and I will continue to use going forward.

New furnace and AC combo, the old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. They were out the next day to replace the units. Did both in the dead of winter. Thank you guys. A+ work, nice and clean.

not cooling . Very professional, explained the problem. And the solution very well. Tech was very neat and clean also and friendly
