--Our a/c went out on friday night--temp was 80 degrees--- we emailed Apollo and first thing Saturday morning Julie called us to set up appointment that morning--Bill Butler was there and fixed the a/c by 11 am!! .. Turns out we needed to update the 23 year old Furnace and A/C. Bill walked us thru all the Furnace & A/C model options he thought were correct for our house size...Did the order that day--Install appointment is next week- Now that is customer service!!! ----- Cannot thank Apollo -Julie and Bill enough for helping us.

Very knowledgeable and personable HVAC technician came to my home and thoroughly checked and tested my non-operating mini-split system. After determining repairs needed the technician provided a written (electronic) quote with different repair options noted.

The service technician was professional. Put on shoe covers before entering house. Checked co2 levels and cleaned boiler. Noticed a problem and took pictures of it. Explained repair or replacement options. Talked some about fishing! An overall good experience.

I am pleased with the service we recieved from Apollo. We were in need of a new air conditioner unit
and from the initial estimate to the installation, they were very helpful, prompt and kind. I would work with them again.

Call on Wednesday night and they were here the next day before noon. Service was quick and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with all the questions asked. Definitely using Apollo again!!!

Apollo is a fantastic company to work with. I have purchased both my furnace and my air conditioner from them. They called me to schedule the furnace cleaning. The technician was very professional and thorough. They don’t try to sell you extra things you don’t need. I highly recommend them!

Apollo’s 24 hour service is amazing! I called at 9 pm at night and a technician arrived by noon the next day. The technician was really knowledgeable and instructed me how to take the best care of my furnace to make it run efficiently and last longer.

We asked for a technician to assess some issues we have with a number of cold air returns and to provide a quote for repairs. Blake, the technician, was attentive to our concerns and helped to identify a return that had no connection. Ultimately, he referred us to a contractor that could develop a plan to include some demolition and construction repairs needed along with the ductwork. Pleased with Blake’s assessment work.

Highly recommended, very happy with their punctuality and efficiency at getting the job done. Thanks, we ( especially my Wife), love the air back on.
