I can describe this business in one word: PREDATORY!! I have no doubt, their technicians know their stuff, but their best skill is selling you a complete system. That's how they make their money. Their repair estimates are a joke.
My central air was only low on R22 freon. It needed less than 2 lbs. They gave me a quote for $2122 to charge my system up to 4 lbs, and the guy tells me to blame the super high cost of freon on the government (that's over $500/lb). What a crook!! My furnace was fine but tried to sell me a complete AC & furnace for a whopping $17,000!!! If you see one of their coupon for tune ups, throw it away, and find another HVAC to fix your AC. I got my AC freon recharge for $120.

Apollo installed our Fujitsu mini split system in 2015, and until this year, had been our go-to for any required service or warranty work on the system, as well as a new boiler install. When a multi-duct cassette head failed last month we called Apollo and received an initial call back, but then NO further return of call despite leaving 4 other messages. We were ghosted. Fortunately we were able to get competitive pricing for repair from two other companies and had the work completed yesterday. Apollo had been good to work with to this point, but this failure was a significant lapse in customer service. They’ve lost our business.

Excellent service. Called to let me know he was on his way. Did a thorough check & then reviewed the results with me (showed photos of the things he checked). No issues as the system is only two years old. Discussed things that may come up as the system ages.

Apollo Heating installed our furnace in1998 and we were pleased with them. We would recommend them and would have used them for the new furnace, however their prices were quite a bit higher than the company we chose. The products were exactly the same. Raul was very easy to work with and there was no pressure.

Ian at Apollo was fantastic to work with. He was timely, responsive and thorough when completing the furnace and A/C inspection. We walked me through his findings, using terms I understood and explained everything in detail. I would choose Apollo again.

Tech Tony was great! Gave me good information for duct cleaning and air conditioning maintainance, also water remediation.
He did a thorough job.

The technician was highly knowledgeable. When I mentioned I do almost all the upkeep on my property he took the time to explain what causes common failures and how to fix them to save a call. He also went over what things fail on hvac and how to confirm that if someone says it has failed you know it is true. I highly recommend his services. He even warned me of a part that is starting to reach the end of its life so I knew something was not fully working and could prepare a plan of fixing or replacing as needed.

I was given an appointment on the same day i called. STEVEN showed up early , after consulting with me. He finished a neat and clean job in about 15 minutes. Very personable and knowledgeable.

Super professional: both the upfront sales and the install crew. They did a great job installing our ductless AC system in a single day. Would recommend!
