Their technicians were great and certainly knew their stuff. However when it came time for pricing out the repairs and giving a quote for that or replacement, they quoted a ridiculously high price for the repair and then pushed you into buying a whole new system that was even more overpriced. Had to call several times to get the diagnostic report shared after the fact, and that was vague with colorful squares instead of any sort of numbers about the actual state of my equipment. I appreciated the honesty upfront about what was going on with my AC, but lost that instantly when they started upselling and pressuring into replacing everything instead of being honest and fair.

Installed AC 2023 and furnace 2017. Both times good professional work, no surprises in billing, recommend good balance of value and efficient products. Workers were polite, friendly, professional, and good at explaining the installation process. I seek and received good work and good products at a fair price. Apollo delivered.

I've always had great experiences with Apollo. They've installed my new central air-conditioner in one home, installed a new Boiler in another home and also did a great job serving an older Boiler in yet another home. I'm extremely grateful they service such a wide area of the Twin Cities.

Our water heater broke over the weekend. Steve came early today and was awesome. We got a new water heater in 4 hours. Steve was wonderful. I will use Apollo for all Air, Heat and Plumbing going forward. First time using this company! Thanks Apollo!

I can’t speak highly enough about Apollo. I called and spoke to a representative after hours to schedule an emergency visit. We had a leak coming from our a/c unit and a gas leak. Apollo was extremely accommodating. Bill (the technician) arrived on time (was even sent an automated message with a picture of Bill included letting me know that he was on his way). When Bill arrived he quickly got to work after speaking with me about some issues that I was having, discovered multiple issues. We had a gas leak that he was quickly able to resolve. This was a huge blessing considering I had a different HVAC company out two days prior and not fixing the issue. We also had a water leak that was quickly resolved by Bill. I appreciate that he had all the tools necessary to complete the job and did not have to keep running to a store like the other company I previously used. Bill was knowledgeable and professional. I will never use or recommend another HVAC company other than Apollo after the level of service that I received today. Thank you to Bill and the entire team at Apollo.

Jon from Apollo came out to get a free estimate on a new ac and furnace. It has been over a week a never receive an estimate. Disappointed that a company sends someone out and took my time and his time . Even thou this is the busy time it makes me wondering if we would have a great service when your sales teams does not follow through. The reason why I contacted Apollo was the great reviews but a guess when your company is to busy you do not care about a customer that is looking to update the ac and furnace.

Bill was amazing! He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable:) Raul was so nice and great at explaining everything! We would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have a furnace and ac older than me that was having cooling issues. Bill discovered a coolant leak and instead to recharging it with the outdated coolant it uses, we decided it was time to put it out to pasture. Price to get both replaced was very reasonable and what's better is they were able to schedule the installation to start right away so we could keep my wife cool and happy.

Bill is totally professional. He moved my service to the beginning of the day when he learned I had a noonish appointment. I asked a lot of questions and Bill explained everything in a way I could understand. He was courteous and pleasant.
