My visit was for air conditioner annual maintenance. Kong was very thorough and does a excellent job explaining what he did and shows pictures so you know it is accurate.

Hired for the "Professional AC Tune up"
I called before to see what is included (and chose them based on the answer).
Was told that AC system would be checked and maintenance performed (including needed cleaning - of course no repairs)
But it was basically a sales visit I had to pay for.
Nothing was cleaned - I was only told that it really needs cleaning and given astronomical price for cleaning ($500 - for less than an hour of work).
Also was given other repair estimates ($1900!! for 3 small electrical parts), none of them needed - and two out of three are completely pulled out of hat - no symptoms at all and not even an indication.
But technician was nice and tried hard.
I feel that it was a scam, but is probably naïve thinking that it would not be.

We had a sink back up. Apollo dispatched Tanner quickly and he spent time assessing, explaining, and replacing parts that were needed. He was helpful, quiet, efficient. We are very happy with the service.

The technician went through our system and described what he encountered and then explained how our system worked within our climate environment. He explained things about our furnace that I did not know existed., even though I had them out for just the AC. Great customer service, Chris!

Im so grateful that Apollo was able to get a tech to my house the same day my central air stopped working . Ordered parts and awaiting the install. All around great team from the appointment scheduler and service tech- Thank you!

Great people to work with. Very polite and informative. They got my ac installed rather quickly. Looks as they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

My air conditioner wasn't working, wasn't connected thanks to another company's poor install of a furnace earlier in the year. Drew fixed it quick and gave me some tips answering all of my questions. Needless to say I won't be inviting that other company back and won't be using anyone else again, learned my lesson, happy with Apollo.

We have been assigned Apollo through our home warranty for a few projects- They always have fast responses, great customer service and friendly, experienced technicians. Look forward to using them again in the future!

The team at Apollo is excellent to work with. Brian is the technician that has worked on our home a few times and he is truly great to work with. Always on time and is willing to explain the situation to help someone like myself who is not technical with HVAC/AC, understand what is going on. I would highly recommend working with Apollo!

Apollo will be installing our new carrier central air conditioner on Monday. Peter Perry came to our home to provide information and go through prices and materials. Peter was very friendly, professional, upfront, knowledgeable and helpful. The ladies I talked on the phone were awesome. Everything has gone very well with this process. Steven Prusha
