Josiah did a fantastic job! He not only cleaned my A/C unit, but helped troubleshoot some issues I was having to make it perform better.

I usually have the same technician and tend to request him when I schedule a repair or service.
However, this didn't work out so I reluctantly agreed to a 'newbie' if I wanted air conditioning. You did NOT disappoint....THANK YOU!!

We had been living for years in a sealed up musty house, we had Apollo give us an estimate on a air exchanger, we decided to go with it and from start to project finished was 2 days!! The crew was very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient and friendly, we highly recommend Apollo heating for any and all services you may need, outstanding top notch service!!!

Apollo answered my Saturday furnace emergency repair phone call with a live person (not an answering machine) and sent (within half an hour) Bill to my house to make a “band-aid” repair restoring heat to our house until Monday morning when they’ll install a new furnace. I couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt response and professional attention to my situation on this cold winter day.

Apollo charged us $448 for hour of work!!

After our blower motor went out on an 8-9 year old furnace, Apollo replaced it under warranty. The cost for the part was covered under warranty, but labor was not. After 2 trips to our home to replace the blower motor (Apollo ordered the wrong part originally) which totaled and hour of work, we were given a bill for $448 - which was agreed to prior, under my mistaken assumption that more than an hour of work was needed.

Pete, the service manager was of no help, and basically said he didn't our business any longer.

Over the past month, we have left 3 messages with the phone staff for the owner Eric, who has yet to return our calls.

I would not recommend this company.

Called for an issue with our furnace. From the start the whole process was simple and clear. Our technician Wang was professional and took care of our issue. He was fantastic, and the experience could not have been better!
