Stellar Heating and Cooling

My experience says this company is inappropriately named ... they were anything BUT stellar! Our a/c quit working late yesterday. They said they had a tech available and someone would be out between 10a and 1p today. Nearly three hours after the window for their arrival, and three calls to find out the status, I cancelled due to no-show, no-response. (BTW, no one called to let me know the status, either. I get that everyone is busy and overworked, but I had other things I could've been doing rather than waiting around for someone who isn't going to show up. Common courtesy would've been to call and let me know when things started going wrong / late. Completely unprofessional! )

I'm glad some of you have had good experiences. That was what prompted me to give them a try. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Had a problem with my air conditioner and they came out right away to look at it. They gave me a quote over the phone, and then showed up on time for the appointment. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. It took them less than an hour to fix the issue and get me back up and running again!
