Requested a humidifier checkout since it was leaking and a wifi thermostat install. Tech had to call support since he could not install a Google nest wifi thermostat. Instead, he have me a $5,000 estimate to have someone come out and overhaul a 5 year old thermostat with 2 zones!!! I only called this company because the previous owners had a sticker on the furnace from a recent call. I will not make this mistake again and you should not either. Definitely not a value based service.

The whole team at Aquarius was great to work with!! From the service tech to the estimator to the installers - all were super professional and knowledgeable and made sure I was brought along in the process. I will definitely be using them again for their other services as well!

Josiah and John came and serviced my water heater. They fixed my leak and were able to repair a couple valves at the same time. I also had Jason check over my Kinetico water softener. Great job by all the technicians.

I had a big project in building out a lofted room above my garage. David, Nate and crew did an excellent job first walking me through heating options and how to go about upgrading the electrical panel to execution. David called out items that would not pass code and suggested ideas on how to make the space the best it could be for a new office. It's well on it's way to being cozy warm, well lit and fully functional! Scheduling staff was very kind and communicated well. Thank you all!

My repair man Matt was great. Professional, gave us good tips, and even humored my 3 year old by showing him some things and let him watch. Overall, good experience!

I called Aquarius to get a quote and information on a Mitsubishi minisplit system. I am very familiar with how they work and the technology involved. After navigating through a multistep phone tree I got a gatekeeper on the line. It turns out that the quotes are only good for 16 days, I hope I got that correct, and I said that doesn't bother me. When is your project? I said this fall. "Well we won't give you a quote until you are ready to start your project. So we can put your information in a file and call you back closer to your start date." So how are you supposed to budget and arrange financing if they won't give you a quote until your are ready to start remodeling? I also didn't appreciate her trying to explain things to me. Know your audience. I guess I will just find someone that wants my business.

Josiah and John were wonderful! They both were so polite and knowledgeble.. They explained everything completely. I would definitely consider using this service again in the future.
