I had Ryan and Xeng out today for my yearly maintenance of my drinking water filtration and water softener. They were very friendly, polite, and professional. I always receive great customer service with Aquarius!

Paul and the entire team displayed a high level of expertise and attention to detail.

They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided a clear and transparent estimate for the project. Throughout the installation, they demonstrated a deep understanding of electrical systems and worked diligently to ensure everything was done safely and correctly.

Nick, our technician, was on time, called ahead, was very nice and professional. He took pictures of what my system looked like and shared them with me, and patiently explained to me what any problems or concernes, and even repeatedly went over everything until I understood it. Would highly recommend Nick and Aquarius.

Nick was at my house in less than an hour when my furnace went out. The quick response was very appreciated in the cold weather. He was very thorough in his assessment of my situation.

Dan was at my home for my annual HVAC maintenance check. He is efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. I swear, each year I get the very best people to check and keep all my systems working well. Each tech explains and gives me a report outlining the status of my equipment. I have been with Aquarius for 7 years and plan to keep them as long as I own my home. Our techs, Ryan and Alex, did a great job in explaining the whole process. We have a water softener maintenance plan, so they swapped out all the filters and listened to our concerns. Took the time to troubleshoot some and test the water to make sure everything was working perfect. Good, professional crew.

Installed a Kinetico water softener with filter and removed our old system. Saved a ton of money buying a certified reconditioned system that works great! The installation professional arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a nice job walking us through the minor upkeep things we needed to know.

Had a fantastic experience with Aquarius and Dave. The team they used got everything thing done timely and efficiently. They did a wonderful job running wiring through a nearly 100 year old home without having to open up any walls. At the end of the day, electrical work is something you want done right and I'll trust Aquarius with any electrical work I have in the future.

Ryan Kahl is an excellent technician and super professional and personal. He called in advance, showed up on time and the service took just as long as he estimated. He explained everything he was going to do, what he found when he performed the service and advised me on what I should think about doing next and when. I really appreciated his personal approach and not expecting me to know more or less than I did about the equipment. He has provided service at my house ever since I moved in and I highly recommend him and Aquarius Home Services.
