Aquarius Home Services

We’ve used Aquarius to repair our original furnace before we had them install a totally new one, then install a new AC, then sump pumps and water heater. All were well done professionally by friendly staff.

Cooper VanGrol installed our new water softener system today. He was through, explained everything and answered all my questions. Cleaned up everything and hauled away my old system. Cooper is best service person that I have ever experienced. Outstanding professionalism!

Dan listened well, was personable, thorough and genuinely cared about doing a good job for us. He took the time to ensure we understood what he found and what he did. Thank you, Dan.

I was incredibly impressed with there appointment notification system. They updated throughout the day which allowed me to run errands while waiting for appointment. Nick showed up and was very professional and resolved my issue.

John and Chris were outstanding. They appeared at my door within half an hour of calling the office, which was terrific on a blizzard-filled morning. They worked quickly and efficiently, were finished when they promised, and were cordial and friendly in every way. I'd give them my highest rating!

What a breath of fresh air it was to have Andrew as our maintenance service tech today. He was very understanding of the frustration we've been having with our awful water in Otsego. I feel so much better and have a little better understanding of how all the different filters work for the systems we have purchased. Very good asset to your company. High 5, Andrew!

Awesome Company with a great team. Thank you for the wonderful Open House event that was free to the public. We were able to talk about the services and equipment offered by Aquarius and enjoyed the delicious food, kids activities and petting zoo.

Bill did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be fixed, providing the cost, fixed what he could that day. He even made another trip to or house on the same to help us out with with another issue. He is very polite, fuuny and has such an awesome personality. Excellent Customer Service!
