Short version: pricing is deliberately misleading.
Long version: Had a tech out to fix my furnace. Nice enough guy, and he got the furnace working again. However, he told me the part that needed to be replaced would cost $1300 if I were to buy it. I heard him on the phone with the supplier who told him it was $60. I looked it up online and found it for $60 to $120. I asked him about the price again after he got back with it, and he confirmed it would cost me $1300 to "buy it outright" - but he'd "save me about a grand" by replacing it under warranty - which the part was, and which would be the proper process anyway. I contacted their service department, and was finally sent an invoice. $98 for the service call and $450 for "REPLACE WARRANTY GAS VALVE." I asked her what was parts and what was labor. She said the $98 service call was labor, and the $450 was for the part, but she wasn't sure. I told her about the issue with the tech being deceptive, and she told me that she would "escalate" my issue. A couple days went by, and then I posted this review. The next day I got a call. Again, I asked for an explanation regarding the invoice. Per the terms of the warranty, I should not have to pay for parts, only labor. This person told me that both charges were labor. I then asked if the part hadn't been under warranty, if I would have been charged $1300 for it. She said that yes, that's the case. Over 2000% markup on parts??!!! That is shady!

Great experience getting a water heater installed. Scheduling was quick and easy. Paul was our plumber, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked through all our options and we’re able to help us with a replacement same day. Excellent service, would highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Aquarius was a great company to work with. Our furnace and ac went out a few months ago and they were initially very responsive getting out to install the furnace unit. The technicians who came out were very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to the amount of snow we had they were unable to install our air conditioning unit at that time. Attempting to schedule that install last week ended up being a game of phone tag for a few days which is why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5. After we were finally able to get that scheduled they were on time and again did great work with very friendly technicians. I would recommend Aquarius for any of your hvac needs!

David was very thorough, respectful of our needs, and explained things in a way that I could understand. I appreciated the fact that he would be the one doing the work. We had a new water softener and RO drinking water system installed by Aquarius in 2022. Start to finish they were/are complete professionals. With our new softener and drinking system we had two follow up service visits during the first year. Today was our second visit and all is working as expected. Our Service Technician was Ryan Kahl. Ryan was very professional and explained what he was doing on this service visit. His explanations were very clear and left his card to contact his with any questions. Couldn't be happier with the products and service.

Brent performed a thorough inspection to determine the issue with our humidifier system. And he repaired it quickly. He was very professional and explained the system and what he did to remedy the problem in an easy to understand manner. He and the team at Aquarius are truly the best - highly recommend them for your home service needs.
