Had a water softener installed by Aquarius. Happy with the service and install, Nate and Kyle were extremely professional, courteous, and worked quickly. Gave me a rundown of the unit afterwards and all was good. Thanks again!

We had our kinetico system serviced for the 6 month check in Friday. It was not leaking under our kitchen sink prior the them coming out. Now it leaks every time we use it. We called to let them know and they wanted to send someone out Friday night at almost 9pm. We said it was late and would prefer Saturday. We are STILL waiting for someone to come fix it and haven't heard from anyone until now to give a review. Other than this issue we're happy with the system.

Kyle arrived on time, was cordial and thorough. He made recommendations after the “tune up” based on his assessment of the condition of the furnace and a/c unit. Both are only a couple years old so there wasn’t much to talk about. As far as I can tell, he did his job well, he spent way more time cleaning and looking over stuff than I expected, it took him about an hour and a half or hour and 45 performing a tune up.

Love this business for my HVAC. The technicians are personable, reliable, and experts in what they do. Especially Nick today for my annual AC tune up! Nice job. See you again in the Fall for my furnace! Linda Worm

Very good visit by the technician. Very polite and knowledgeable. Completed the work in a timely manner and had time to discuss the age and condition of the A/C system. Gave me some tips on continued use and what to expect into the future based upon the age of the unit.

Brent was Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. We feel he did everything we needed to make sure are furnace is working properly and safe.

Adam came out to help my partner and I with our water heater. It was under 2 years old, should’ve been under warranty, but the company that installed it (not even up to code either) wouldn’t help us. He assessed the situation, gave us an honest opinion and some options. We ended up agreeing to install a completely new water heater. He had the old one uninstalled and the new one ready to go very quickly. He was politely conversational and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with Aquarius.

Used Aquarius to install a hole house humidifier on our furnace. From the initial appointment setting call all the way through the install and final paperwork, the company and associates were top notched! They were very careful and clean in my house, did a very tidy, nice looking job and communicated with me about their status all along the way. They even put their own door-mat on our stoop so that they'd be sure to wipe their feet before entering out house! (Even though they wore shoe-covers while inside!) Brandon was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! When they were finished, they showed me how it worked and how to best use it with my thermostat! I would recommend him and Aquarius for any HVAC work you need.

Matt was very efficient and thorough. He had me clean the a/c filters so I can do that on a regular basis. He also showed me how to clean the a/c unit outside with a water hose. He explained that the drainage hoses should be free of dirt, etc. He plugged some holes on the a/c unit, and told me we should have a surge protector on the unit outside. I learned a lot about the care of my a/c unit inside and outside.
