Very courteous young technicians -- the senior team member functioned well as a teacher & with explanations & suggestions. They were both respectful of home environment & used shoe coverings appropriately & willingly! Thanks, I am quite confident no grey water in toilets again!!

Ryan Kahl was prompt - very polite and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. He helped me understand just how much salt to put in my softener each time and even filled buckets so I wouldn't have trouble lifting the bags.
I would recommend him to everyone -- as long as he keeps me in mind for my next visit!!!

Sean Bagley was our service technician and he did a great job by communicating from the beginning what steps he would follow to problem solve our cooling system issue and summarized the process at the end. He was able to quickly assess what needed to be done and our ductless system is working great again. Thank you Sean and thank you Aquarius!

Josiah just finished installing a new sump pump for us. He did a wonderful job and kept me informed as to cost and explained everything as he completed the work. He then walked me through the orientation and helped me set up the WiFi communication. I am very happy with the whole process.

We had an outside water faucet replaced. It works great, and the representative was polite and courteous and did an excellent job. However, the cost was a bit of a shock! I tried to call for an estimate by phone, but was told they would not provide one until they saw the scope of the project. I understand that, but some price range would’ve been nice to hear before spending $100 just to to have him show up. The total price for replacing one easily accessible outdoor faucet that was completed in less than an hour was over $650. That was excessive for the project. We will definitely use a different company for our next project.

We have used electric water softeners for 35 years. Water quality has always been just “okay”, with great quantities of salt, rust out additive and administration several times a week of liquid rust out products and elbow grease. Our customer service was adequate
We saw an AD for Kinetico through Aquarius. We were skeptical but called and we can truly say with all honesty that it’s the best decision we’ve made. Our sales rep was thorough and I felt we had the best information for our decision.
Our service man Kyle was awesome! He was professional, friendly, prompt and respectful of our home. He ran into a faulty part upon installation and immediately a manager came to the house with a brand new replacement.
Kyle spent hours removing our old system and installing the new Kinetico system. We choose to do the drinking water system and odor removal as well.
I’m still in shock how little salt has been used and how absolutely clean our water is!!! All of our staining, odor and funky tasting water issues are solved

Paul and John from Aquarius did a wonderful job with my plumbing project. They were very polite, let me ask questions about the work they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate us on the use of proper filters instead of cheap knock-offs. Vital info that will help extend the life of our system. Big difference.
