Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

Very experienced and efficient. Jon gave me numerous tips and educated me in a non-condescending manner, which I really appreciated, regarding getting the best performance from the new installation. The team was respectful and cleaned up everything inside and out when they were finished. Jon made sure I had no questions, and made me feel comfortable to contact him if I thought of anything later. Our furnace stopped working over a holiday weekend. In Minnesota. In January. The Aquarius folks called us back right away to get us an appointment and even saved us money by helping us get a non-emergency repair visit instead of a more expensive emergency repair. Turned out our 20-year-old furnace was pretty near the end of its service life (no surprise there), but the repair and sales folks we talked to were very open and responsive to balancing issues of cost, safety, and getting us warm ASAP. Jimmy in repairs showed me pictures of the old furnace and what was wrong, and was very upfront about what different repairs would cost and how long they were likely to last. We decided to replace instead of repair, so Kurt in sales came to our house and helped us choose a replacement; he didn't do any high pressure sales pitches, just talked us through our options and gave us the info and tools to make informed decisions. Financing was easy, and they help with discounts and rebates. The awesome lady in the office (I didn't catch her name) offered us a space heater to make sure we stayed warm. Kou and the install team that came to the house were great -- they laid down rugs and drop cloths to protect our floors, and even shoveled out the snow around our AC to install the new one! At every step of the way, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure that we knew what was going on and what to expect next. It was our first time using Aquarius, but it definitely won't be our last!

We needed a new water heater and softener system, and everyone we worked with was helpful and kind without being pushy. They texted and sent a photo of who was on the way so I knew who I was talking to, which I appreciated. The installation techs and plumber were professional and worked quickly to install the new system. Jennifer was very informative and helpful, walking through our options before choosing what we needed. I definitely will reach back out to Aquarius for other home needs.

I had an old furnace that was on its last legs and needed to be replaced ASAP.

Day one: Service Tech arrived 2 hours after initial contact with Aquarius. Sales Rep arrived within an hour of the request. Deal was made and installation appointment scheduled for the NEXT DAY!

Day two: Contacted by the installation team at 7:00 am. Arrived at 7:30. Finished up by 2:30.

All of the staff that I dealt with were friendly, professional and great to work with. They explained everything very well. I was expecting to wait 2-3 weeks for a new furnace and A/C. This was all done inside of two days. I would 100% recommend Aquarius to anyone needing any type of home service.

In May of 2023, I used Aquarius Home Services to install a Mitsubishi mini-split in our family room. From start to finish, I found the Aquarius Home Services team to be professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Mick, who lead the installation team was prompt, capable thorough and kind. The cooling unit is unbelievably efficient, quiet, and cools the room quickly. I only wish we had done this 5 years ago! If you work with this company, you won’t be disappointed. We couldn’t be happier with the new A/C, and the service from Aquarius!

Due to hard water and a sulfur smell in our water, we decided to get the water softener and the system to remove the smell out of our water. These systems are really good and everyone has been very knowledgeable and polite. If you are looking at systems, you should definitely look into these. Don't let the price of the water system detour you from getting great water quality. Not going to lie, the price can be shocking at first. We had a cheaper system through Culligan and we were definitely getting what we paid for. The Aquarius system is by far superior. If you are having water issues, definitely check them out.

We had Aquarius out to our house in September 2022 because our AC was no longer working. Of course it happened to be during the last hot spell of the summer so we were miserable! We met with Thomas Eronis who presented us with 4 options for a new AC system and furnace for our home. He asked a lot of questions and helped us understand which systems would be the best for our house. After we decided on our new systems, he came out the following day with a portable AC unit to hold us over until our new system was installed the following week. One thing to note about Thomas is that he is super personable and so easy to talk to! He made us feel like our needs were the most important thing without pushing a certain AC unit and furnace. We also had a new air filtration system and humidifier installed.

On the day of our installation, we had a team of about 6 installers out to our house and they were super respectful of my working from home situation. They came to let me know when it would be loud and continuously kept me updated throughout the day. At the end of the install, a gentleman (unfortunately I don't remember his name) walked me through our new system and allowed me to take videos of the items he was explaining so I could share with my fiancé and refer back to them in the future if I had any questions.

After our installation, we received a call a few days later asking how we were liking our new system. We really appreciated the thought and kindness that we were shown by the entire team at Aquarius.

Our new systems were a very large expense for us but we felt confident knowing that we have the team at Aquarius to help us out if we ever have any questions and more importantly we know that everything was done right the first time so we do not have to worry about any issues in the future.

I always do and will continue to recommend Aquarius whenever given the opportunity! You have a forever customer in us!
