They did a great job coming on a Saturday to fix a broken furnace. And provide options for replacement cost in a very timely manner. Very professional and high-quality.

Bryan did a great job with our water softener service. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to watch so I know what to look for if I think there is an issue. Alex joined him for training and was very polite and conscientious about turning off lights when they were done and even fixed the rug when they hooked it bringing in salt. Always a pleasure doing business with Aquarius.

Josiah and the entire Aquarius team was absolutely incredible. From the beginning, scheduling was quick, attentive and easy. The guys were very informative and helpful in a very complicated process. In addition, they were very helpful in helping us with smaller details of the project and advising us on the best way to solve our water heater and softener issues. Any follow up service and inspections were clearly communicated and prompt service. By the end of our service, we got to know Josiah and the crew and became friendly faces at our home. They set the standard of what we expect from contractors and plan on contacting them for any future service we need. Very impressed and would easily recommend to anyone.

It was an easy and fun process to get a new thermostat installed. Scheduling was easy and the tech (Will) was personable. He was on time and did a great job getting our thermostat up and running. He was courteous, professional and engaging. It was great having him in our home. We've done work with this business in the past and they've always been great.

I was able to have technician out to my house quickly. Paul, my plumbing technician was so professional and helpful. He answered all my questions, provided a detailed explanation of what the issues were and provided a quote for me to consider. I am so impressed by Paul and all the other employees from Aquarius that I have worked with. I wouldn't consider going somewhere else for plumbing issues.

The techs are awesome! Matt came out for our furnace and was so good, we signed up for a service plan for all our appliances because of him! Good thing we did too, our house had a 19 year old AC when we bought it, and Aquarius came to save the day again when the days started warming up again. Brad and Jeff came out and replaced our entire AC system and even showed me what things to look out for to make sure it stays functional all year long!

The only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is because of the Kinetico partnership. I understand the need to make sales, but a 2 hour sales pitch for a new water softener that was as exorbitantly priced as it was? Not feeling it.

Bottom line, the techs and services are top notch. Just be wary of the sales pushing of water softeners.

Mike and Josh installed a Kinetico water softener system today. They were on time, professional, and friendly. After they were done they took time to explain the system to me and answer all of my questions. They wore booties in my home and cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely pleased with Mike and Josh and Aquarius Home Services.

Great service!!! Big Matt, Matt, Jeff and the crew. Installed Heat/ac units. Provided me and family with quality products as well. Big (Tall) Matt help a lot with our concerns. Matt put together the right plan and products. The crew installed everything wonderfully. Lastly Jeff came out and finish and gave the last touches. Great company and people. Would highly use them again.

Great job repairing our ac. Came out in less than 24 hours (in the midst of a major heat wave) and got us up and running. All at very reasonable price.
