    When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

    Andy was very informative when suggesting a furnace and ac unit replacement. Answered all our questions and gave different opinions without being pushy. Andy also did the install with his team and they were very professional, clean and explained what was being done and helped with getting everything set up as well as going through the app with us.     I've called and used Krinkie's a few times and they have been a great service. I enjoy having them explain things to me so I can further understand. I always learn something from them with each visit. However, you may want to rethink services.

    My air conditioning was no longer working. A Master Mechanic from Krinkie's came to look into it and said a mouse had come in and chewed up all the wires and would need a full replacement. I was working from home at the time, so I could not go outside with him to check it out myself. They also said my furnace needed to be fully replaced because there was a risk of carbon monoxide.

    Later, I called a family member to come take a look at the air conditioning unit. He was baffled because there was only ONE line that was barely chewed up, and he was able to fix it easily in less than a minute.

    I called another Master Mechanic from a different company and he said everything was perfectly fine, just needed to replace the capacitor. My air conditioning is back up and running. He also mentioned that with the furnace and risk of carbon monoxide, an honest mechanic would've inputted a sensor and showed you the actual results of the ppm. Krinkie's never mentioned or showed me anything about it. He stated everything looked fine and if I was worried, he would come check during the winter time since that's when the risk would occur. He saw nothing wrong with it and stated that Krinkie's was trying to scare me into doing a full replacement.

    This has made me heavily doubt the integrity of Krinkie's work and analysis. The fact that a "Master Mechanic" came to look at it and stated I needed a full replacement... I had heavily wanted to believe that since their services before were great that they would be truthful and provide a fair quote. However, this was not the case and has made me rethink all the services that they worked on before.

    I'd suggest you go with another company that is honest and truthful and not one that uses scare tactics and wants to severely drain your bank account. Perhaps, they took me as an unsuspecting customer or because I am a POC, but you should take your business elsewhere and take all their great reviews with caution. It's probably all just a front.

    The other mechanic I called was able to fix my air conditioning in less than 30 minutes and no, he didn't even charge me close to $1,000 when Krinkie's was quoting me ~30k for a full replacement.

    With all of the wind, we had the cap blown off of the furnace vent on our roof. I had signed up for Krinkie's maintenance service when they were out for a furnace repair a couple of months ago. The cap replacement would not have been included in that service contract, but since we were due for our AC spring maintenance, they combined the trip (same day I called) and did not charge me for climbing on the roof, replacing the cap and screwing it in place so it doesn't happen again. The service tech, Dan, was polite, professional and helpful and I was ecstatic that they were able to work the service that day so that I didn't have an extra charge. Thank you, Krinkie's for that flexibility!

    Andrew K and Andy B were very professional, explaining everything they were going to do in advance. Did the work of installing new AC in less than a half day, including cleanup and haul away of the old unit and parts.
    After they were finished, they explained and showed us everything they did. All looked great. The Daikin brand unit they installed is much quieter than our old one . I would recommend Krinkies to others.

    I've been a customer with Krinkie's over the years that I've been a homeowner, and called them last week when my furnace stopped working on (of course) a Saturday morning with single digit temps. Thankfully, our on-call technician, Andy, was able to get out to the house same day to assess the situation and caught a serious carbon monoxide leak while running his final safety checks. He let us know what our options were considering that the furnace was inoperable due to the danger, and walked us through our options. Andy got us set up the same day with space heaters, connected with the team, and went above and beyond to make sure the plan for financing and install was something that I understood clearly and that I was comfortable with. Ryan was out the next business day to walk me through different options and price points as well as multiple financing options and rebates. The guys were able to begin installing the new furnace nearly immediately, and they were packed up and on their way before the workday was over. I cannot thank Andy, Ryan, and the Krinkie's team as a whole enough for making a homeowner situation that I had always been fearful about so easy to navigate, and most importantly, for helping keep everyone I love safe. It's nice to have the opportunity to do business with good people- thank you!
