Krinkie's Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Frank did a great job of reviewing, explaining, and installing a new water heater in our house. Answered all my questions; I learned a lot. And everything works great!

The service person was highly skilled, knowledgeable and good at communicating the technical details. We are always impressed with the credentials and excellence of Krinkes’ employees. We love the fact that they have masters in all 6 trades and we can call them for plumbing, heat, electrical, etc.

Why do water and other emergencies happen after hours or weekends? Not sure there is an answer but Krinkie's was just the sort of quick response we needed when we noticed water on our dining room floor. Service was very quick to respond, and master plumber Joe DeWaele came when expected (called first to confirm the issue and his ETA). Upon arrival, assessed the situation, ruled out a couple potential problems and discussed next steps. We felt much better after his visit. Joe was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Andy and his crews got to my house as scheduled and on time.The job was installed at the expected time and everything is working perfectly.

Technician Mike arrived on time and was VERY professional and so very helpful explaining what will happen and what to expect after his diagnosis. Mike provided us the details of his findings before making any repair and showed us the amount it will cost. Thank You Mike!!!!

Jeff and Joe went above and beyond and helped us with a smoke detector problem while they were at our home. Also had them quote for other electrical work while here. Very accommodating!

The team is always responsive and quick to schedule. They are on time and provide quality work! From faucets, water softener, AC and heating system installations they have provided excellent service.

Shane came to do annual maintain on my air conditioner. He had been to my residence in the past for annual maintenance checks. He was extremely kind and caring. He fixed my air conditioner and repaired a problem in my furnace room very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Krinkie Heating and Air Conditioning especially Shane!!!

Came for a cleaning which was badly needed. He came on time and was very courteous. He explained his concerns twice and helped me understand what was needed for the furnace.
