Krinkie's Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

We came back from vacation only to find our furnace not operational. Contacted Krinkie's at 11:30 PM, talked with their technician at midnight, and had servcie call and furnace back up and running by midmorning. Our Technician Mike was outstanding and highly professional. Krinkie's Customer Service kept us posted on when we would get service. Krinkie's team is highly efficient, responsive and caring people!

Dan was prompt and courteous. Quickly diagnosed the boiler valve problem and replaced. Did semi-annual maintenance on the boiler based on my annual plan. Found a dead squirrel in the water heater flue as a result of checking more than just the boiler. Analyzed the issue and made recommendations that made sense. Went above and beyond expectations.

We've been using Krinkie's for a few years now and are continually blown away by the quality of their service, their professionalism and their willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done right. They did a great job installing our new split level AC units. And, recently, when one of the units (mfgr. issue) was giving Joe (the technician) a problem that Krinkie's hadn't encountered before, he was committed to getting to the bottom of it in the right way. He was innovative, considerate, persistent and communicative throughout the problem-solving process. AND he was clear about next steps and what to expect for follow up (which is wonderful). Plus, when he saw that I was wearing a mask when he arrived, he put one on too. It's that level of service and consideration that has made us repeat customers. Krinkie's is our first choice for all our AC and heating needs.

My furnace was not working so the AC was not cooling the house. Dan, the technician, diagnosed the problem as a short in the wiring caused by some wildlife eating the insulation off the wires. He corrected the problem and everything was running again.
