The technician for Shelton Heating & Cooling was very helpful, patient, and answered all my questions. Appreciate not feeling obligated to purchase more than necessary. What I needed was reasonably priced & my air is working properly. Would definitely hire him again and refer to family and friends.

He didn't have our air filter size so he called around to find some and then hand delivered them to us the next day. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer!

They were friendly and professional. They explained every step they were doing! I was also impressed that they were wearing uniforms. I would recommend them to anyone!

Mike has been an absolute pleasure to work with. When our heater broke down on a Saturday, he was the first guy to call me back. Rather than trying to schedule an appointment, he attempted to teach me how to repair the furnace on my own to save money. Unfortunately, the issue was much more serious than a simple fix. He came out and walked me through the problem, and he's kept me updated on the status of a part to repair the furnace. I highly recommend his services. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy.
