Couldn't ask for better service from Krinkies. Paul called to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he explained what he was going to do and walked me through the process. After he completed his work, he went through all of the findings and explained everything thoroughly. Not only was he professional, he was friendly and courteous. I moved forward with the Krinkies service plan without hesitation.

I called and they were able to come out same day! Quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part in the truck and took care of the problem. Consistent heat is back! I signed up for the semi-annual hvac checks (which we needed anyway) and that reduced my repair charges for the current day too. Very happy - and warm!

Mike T. arrived right on time and promptly put on a face mask and booties on his shoes, something I always appreciate. He clearly explained what he was going to do during a furnace check, then worked away for almost an hour, making sure that everything was working properly. Then he walked me through what he'd accomplished, which was very reassuring, with the winter heating season approaching. Then at my request he even looked over the ac unit outside, since it had been bumped by a landscaper's equipment during the summer. All in all, Mike T. is an excellent representative of the high quality work that I've come to expect from Krinkie's, and I'm always happy to welcome him into my home.

We love Joe, he has been here several times.. such a great guy. Always on time, does an amazing job and as always Krinkies has the best and most fair pricing. We do not go through anyone else!

I called after hours and they showed up in 30 minutes service rep was friendly and awesome and let me know what he was doing and other options I had I’ve only lived at my house for a year so now I have a program for the spring and winter next year will recommend very friendly people

Frank was on time and responsive. He explained the repair and did it in a very short amount of time. He also was kind enough to make a tweak to a recent toilet flush system in our home to make it work better. Great experience!
